A absolute pleasure to deal with, the staff are helpful and they are more than happy to request samples from their suppliers to be sent out enabling me to guage the colour and design, they also worked around my delivery needs at the point of ordering my worktop.

Very good customer service

Firstly we would like to thank our customer for their review.
We did make it very clear that assistance was required with these items from outset. An automatic e-mail is sent immediately after a purchase followed by a further email advising that an able bodied person or persons are required to assist with unloading on the delivery day. We use third party distributors on behalf of the manufacturer, some items do require assistance. Unfortunately we can only ask that our emails are read. We also say that if there is a problem we ask our customers to contact use for further advice. According to our records no contact has been made to us regarding delivery prior to this review.
We do however apologise that our customer was not happy with our delivery service
