The engineer provided a professional and efficient service, he recommended which hard drive for me to purchase ahead of the home visit. And also arranged for me to purchase a laptop battery which was delivered to Solid Rock and the engineer brought with him when he made the home visit.
The engineer managed to
- diagnose the laptop performance issue
- back up all my files to the hard drive
- declutter my laptop
- ensure my files were being synced and also backed up to One Drive data storage
- uninstall and reinstall the operating system
The final result is that the laptop is now running at speed, and all my files are restored and also backed up. The laptop is running quickly and efficiently and there are no performance issues at all. I called the engineer in a last ditch attempt to complete an installation of a dual intercom system without any realistic expectation of the problem actually being resolved ( the company that sold the system was unable to field an engineer with the necessary skills required to deal with anything beyond a standard installation) . When the Solid Rock engineer arrived, I was surprised by his positive attitude, his professional curiosity, his ability to think creatively, his determination to resolve the problem, his intelligent approach and all round professionalism.
