Rapid and tidy installation. Engineers listened to my suggestions for the cabling route through the house. After the installation everthing was left clean and tidy.

The planning people were always available, and responded fast. The mounting staff was well prepared and installed everything withing a few hours.

The only negative points were the wait between signing the contract and fitting due to limited availability of the fitting staff. And the fact that the first time the crane had not been delivered, which meant we had to wait another month.

The customer service was excellent. They were fast, responded to all questions clearly, checked if additional information was needed and were very friendly. The installation worked smoothly, and the panels started working immediately. We are very happy with Solar NRG.

Great deal, professional installation, information, clean up

Starting from the Initial quotation request everything was very prompt and professional with this company. They have provided a very reasonable price when compared to other companies in the market. The team is very responsive both via phone and over email. The quotation review/approval are via online with just a few clicks which I find it so convenient. The installation team came to my home on agreed date sharp on time. The staffs were very friendly and they completed the job in just less than 3 hours. That includes removal of my old panel and installation of new ones. They agreed to take away my old panel for disposal which I find so helpful. It saved lot of my time and effort.

The team that carried out the installation thought along, had creative ideas and worked quickly and neatly.
I think a downside is that communication could only be done in English and that is a difficyult task for people who don't speak this language.
During the dlivery of the system I also encountered some bumps. I will have to find out how the monitoring works via the website.
But the team (3 people) was really great.

The 12 Solar panels were installed within 4 hours by a team of 3 professionals, very nice and friendly engineers. Kudos for them, they worked fast and thorough.

Installation was very good. Only the system stopped working within a week. Contacted the company by telephone and email, but no reaction so far after 2 weeks.
It is now April and still no reaction from Solarnrg.

If it were possible I would rate my experience at 4,5 stars. Almost everything went smooth from the first contact. The advice, the planning and installation were all to full satisfaction. There were just a few details that were not completely as expected. They left quite a mess and the wash dryer was not placed back on the washing machine. Also was I told to contact Liander to reseal the fusebox while that was already in the quotation of the project.

Good updates on the planning, thourough explanation afterwards and willing installation people. I like the delivery document.
