I bought 2 of the “Trueflame solcelle…
I bought 2 of the “Trueflame solcelle lanterne med USB funktion” last year from them and they have worked a total of 2-3 times for me. I tried both usb charging and actual solar charging, the lamps just refuse to light up :(
I really liked the times they worked though, shame the batteries are so crap.
**Update: I contacted the support desk as per the response I got from them on this review. They explained to me that I have been quite unlucky with my purchase and that the products they have are usually very competent, they also refunded me my whole amount. So as far as customer satisfaction goes, I am extremely delighted with their service and updating my review to 5 stars instead.

I’m surprised to hear this, as this is not the feedback we normally get on this product. However, as always, we are happy to do our part when things don’t go as expected – we do have a 2 year warranty on all our products :-)
I don’t have your order information here on Trustpilot but if you write us an email on support@solarcamp.dk with your order information, we will replace or refund your products based on your preference. We almost always reply the same day or within 24 hours.
I hope you will also reconsider the tough 1-star grade you’ve given us – we really do strive to keep our customers happy with us :-)

I must compliment SolarCamp for their great products and fine service.
I have bought several Lumify fairy lights and it is the only light chains that have worked the entire winter in Denmark only powered by the sun.
They also have excellent costumer service, kindly offering counsel on choosing the best product for my needs. Super fast expedition and shipping.
