ordered a christmas present... it never arrived. Their emails are not being answered and i spoke to a man running their warehouse who has not been paid by them. he had stock but was not sending it out .... I assume they must have gone under.

Awful - Avoid, nonexistent customer service. Filthy products. Eugh.
Awful. Boxes were covered in soot/black. No response from customer service. Such a disappointment. Shop elsewhere with nicer people - these rude folk so don't deserve your money.

Fake
It is impossible to express my negative feelings and the frustration this brand caused me.
Customer service is absolutely non existent. I have tried to contact them on every single channel, they never answer.
I have returned a set of nail tools which were such a poor quality that is indescribable. I have never received my money back.
Don't waist your money on this brand there is so many other wonderful brands that are worth your interest.

Non existent customer service
Non existent customer service. No response to email requesting cancellation of order or subsequent emails and call to “customer service” number which is a third party which handles call enquiries on their behalf. They assured my query would be forwarded and still no response.
I have no choice but to now pursue this with my credit card company. Now with an order that has cost me for shipping and to return shipping but no confirmation these costs will be refunded having requested a cancellation.
My advice: steer clear from this company.

Do NOT buy with this company!
They sell expired products and do not get back when you send them messages or e-mails! Swindle!!
Update: The company got back to me, and the other costumers whom they swindled, and said they’d make us a refund. Two weeks later and none of us have gotten our refund. I now have contact with the European Consumer Centre who will investigate the company. Safe to say: Stay away from this company!!!!
