SoGoSurvey has been externally helpful and comfortable in building my first survey. I am currently writing my master thesis and i wanted to conduct a survey for the same and sogosurvey has come to my rescue. It is easy to quickly start creating your first survey!

Creating my surveys were easy. The tutorial videos were easily accessible to help along the way. I needed to add features, such as exporting excel files. SoGoSurvey "help" chat on their webpage were helpful and immediately provided me assistance.

I find the SoGoSurvey to be extremely helpful, especially now that I'm working on my BA thesis, where I really appreciate the possibility of including recordings in their surveys.

SoGoSurvey has been key to reaching our clients. SoGoSurvey makes it so easy to create surveys as well as to tally the results. The easy export function has made it easy to transform the survey feedback into documents that are then shared with others.

My non-profit has been using SoGoSurvey for several years and appreciate their many features available. It takes a little time to learn the user interface due to all the options and find all the right tools, but once you get it, creating new surveys is straightforward. The design is clean and appealing. Downloading reports is easy. We've really appreciated this service!

I am a PhD student in the field of Public Health. To conduct the web survey of my research, I need a tool that has some functionalities and features. It should:
- Have a simple and intuitive interface.
- Generate reports on responses, using certain variables as filters.
- Count the number of accesses to the questionnaire.
- Create conditional questions.
- Specify if an answer is mandatory or optional.
- Prevent a survey from being submitted without all required responses being provided.
- Allow the respondent to review and modify their responses before submitting the survey.
- Create an anonymous survey
- Allow the respondent to download files in PDF format.
- Allow you to insert a logo.
- When the respondent submits the survey, provide them with information, according to their responses.
- Export responses to MS Excel and SPSS.

SoGo Survey has the best options for a free survey site. As a student, I used SurveyMonkey for too long - wish I had found SoGo earlier! When I started working for a startup, I switched to SoGo and it's been great for an overview of responses, but if you want it broken down you pretty much have to pay for that functionality. Otherwise, the interface is clean and intuitive. I would recommend (and have already recommended) SoGo to my classmates.

A good program to make Surveys and more.
It can build with track&drop, super fast.
But on a phone or tablet it’s not so working as on a computer browser.

Great tool for working efficiently and gathering data. I started working with SoGoSurvey after spending hours looking for a good online survey tool that allows me to easily analyse as well as export collected data. SoGoSurvey has a generous question quota and all kinds of useful tools. It helps to design a professional survey that customers are happy to answer.

I am utilizing this service for my PhD program and after ample research, decided there was nothing more secure than this survey tool. It has been nothing but smooth sailing since I started with exceptional customer service! I plan to use this while I continue to teach as well.

It is very easy to use and understand. I really liked how it has the right types of survey questions formats. A lot of others out there just can not compete with SoGoSurvey. Making SoGoSurvey my number 1 favourite.

I’ve used sogosurvey for both my undergraduate and postgraduate dissertations and it has been extremely useful to me in completing my studies. The website is easy to use and if you run into any problems they are so quick at responding to any queries you may have, definitely useful for a student and anyone else wanting to create a survey.

The survey building/ designing tools are good and the sales personnel is friendly and helpful.

I found this website as I'm a university student trying to conduct a survey, upfront it says they believe in the power of education on their website and as students, we can get free access.

I can say from experience, if you use this website's free trial you will not be able to log in to even get your data if you begin a survey to send out & the trial ends. They do not tell you this upfront.

You wont be able to extract your data unless you pay up (the student discount price is $275!) OR write a review on social media, like Facebook. I told them, I did not have Facebook and they told me to give a review here.

This is basically coercion to write a positive review because if you don't write a positive review, as they have emailed me - "[their] licensing team will review the prerequisites and upgrade your account under the free Annual Student License or will provide you with the promo code for the discounted plan."

Unbelievable. Students who cannot afford this service will have no choice but to say nice things.

SoGoSurvey provides great reporting options. The data analysis is user friendly and the reports we can generate are helpful. The survey links you can send via email, or the QR code option makes it easy for anyone to respond to the surveys.

Such a user friendly tool with a contemporary design, and all above easy to use with great results.

I love that SoGoSurvey is intuitive. As a first-time survey user, during my trial, I was able to create the survey, test it and review the reports for the best results. I appreciated the one-on-one training along with the chat support ensuring that I was able to get the job done in as quick a time as possible.

Before this, I usually used Google Forms to create questionnaires. But this time, I had to create a survey which can give scores and good layout. When compared to other platform, SoGoSurvey allowed unlimited questions and 200 respondents for the Free Plan.
Good layout, easy to use, can duplicate questions. And very user-friendly for students.
Only one problem, is when I double-clicked on the questions to edit, sometimes the page hang and I had to refresh the page.
