Our jail ministry is a 501c3 non-profit that has been using the SoGoSurvey tool for the last 9 years as a means for capturing key data points from volunteers. After one of our folks visit a specific jail to lead a Bible Study or Celebrate Recovery Group Session, they use a system link to simply input the visit date, facility name, type of visit, and number of attendees.

Because of the ease and speed of this 1-minute process, we achieve a very high compliance rate in reporting. Since 2017, our volunteers have used this platform to report nearly 3,700 visits within jails that were attended by more than 40,000 detainees. We have been using SoGoSurvey/SoGolytics for a long time already and we still think is great. We haven´t found any tool as versatile as this. It allows us to track our surveys, get very different reports, send multi and single-use surveys, etc. We also love that we can customize our surveys and include our corporative image and logos. It is great!!! Highly reccomendable!!!

SoGoSurvey, which now goes under the name Sogolytics, is simple to get going with tasteful templates. You can drag/drop survey elements, then customise them if you so wish.
One feature I particularly appreciate is the inclusion of Previews of surveys and Testing of survey distribution functions. This way, you can make sure that everything is just as you want it before sending to a wider audience.
I typically send surveys to a known list of users and appreciate the survey tracking function, where I can see if respondents have opened their mail/clicked on the survey link, etc. and thereby offer them the support they need.
As a non-profit, we use the Plus license, which is sufficient for most cases, but I frequently wish I had the Pro or Premium versions, which I'm sure make the surveys all the more customizable and powerful.

Sogolytics is easy to use and the participation with my team is seamless.

I've been looking for a survey platform for my uni research project for a while and sogolytics is perfect! The freedom to include lots of audio clips in both question and answer choices was exactly what I was looking for. The customisability using form logics is also very useful. The best part is the free student access to a portion of the paid content - definitely recommend for anyone looking for something better than just a google form for research purposes.

Sogolytics is an excellent platform for building online surveys. It boasts an intuitive UI, and is navigable by people without survey software experience. The resultant questionnaires are also visually impressive. It's one of the best tools I've used for academic and student research, and I'm planning on using it for an MSc research project collecting UK-wide data.

Created an account and used the free access. Then it asks me to try the premium feature FOC which I did, although I can't say the benefits justified the cost.
I've tried accessing my account results now and my account is blocked. This was not stated when upgrading that my account wouldn't revert to the free service. Now I need to start again and launch a new survey. Total waste of time
