We have only been with them for a couple of weeks but we have received excellent support thus far.

Service and Support as always perfectly fine.

No more word to say for their great job.

Softsys support has been excellent, quick response and knowledgeable staff. We run some enterprise level applications on their infrastructure, Softsys provides system admin expertise that we don't have in-house.

We opened a Singapore VPS and installed our software we've run at 5 other hosting services just fine. It ran a 'powershell' program over and over eating up 100% of our CPU power. Totally unusable obviously. They couldn't shut it off and we shut it off again and again to no avail. Have never had this issue with other companies. They would not give us a refund. One upside they were quite timely and friendly in their responses. Disappointing experience.

Very attentive and personalized customer service and support. Knowledgeable staff will help your company get where it needs to go. I feel safe that my systems are being managed by these folks.

We have several Windows VPS servers with SoftSys and have never had any problems in the 5 years we have been hosting with them. The support staff are always helpful and management is very hands on. Would highly recommend them!

Softsys is great. There have been very few issues and anything that has come up has been addressed instantly. I would highly recommend using them. The team is always able to help out and have never let me down.

I have been with Sofysys for a few years & I have been with several other hosts before. I have had VPS's and dedicated servers with them, all I managed on my own. They have Excellent customer service! Whenever I had a problem with my servers I always have a fast response and they were quick to resolve.

We have used Softsys for about couple of years and have close to 22 servers (Cloud Virtual & Dedicated servers). We keep coming back to softsys for each of our new customers who are hosted on a separate Virtual server or Dedicated server. Having tried several hosts in the past where we had bitter experience, Softsys has been a complete change with personalized support that is always available (we literally get responses within 5-10 minutes at any time) and extremely reliable. I don't remember our servers going down any time (other than scheduled reboots for applying updates & patches).

We will continue to use Softsys & hope they keep beating their own high standards. I will highly recommend Softsys for your business as they are extremely reliable & customer oriented.
