Soffe shirts have gotten cheap. They used to be very nice quality, now they are junk.

Negative negative negative. They've made their size smaller and smaller over the years. I ordered shorts direct from Soffe; they were too small. I called to return, and on a $41 order, I would be credited only $21 after their 20%/$10 MINIMUM! restocking fee (Are you out of your mind?,) which their return policy says they reserve the right to collect the fee. Well for what reason are you collecting the fee on my order? I just received these shorts literally 15 minutes ago via UPS and have determined they are too small. What "restocking" is really involved here on 3 shorts that came in no plastic wrapping or tags on them? Money-grab. I told the rep on the phone, I will just eat the shorts. I am not sending them back and lose even another $8-10 on the shipping back. Take that off the $21 they would give me back, and I would be left with what, $10, after returning a $41 order? Do yourself a favor and just avoid Soffe all together. Their return policy is a joke in this day and age. God help you if you ever need to return anything. Most of the reviews on their product pages are glowing 5-star reviews. Hmm. Lost a customer here! I am done.

The products are very well made and the value for the price is right on. The shipping costs and wait time can be excessive.

K as I said in the title they overcharged me.
what happened well I wanted to buy some tank tops They had a sale for 7.99 each yay and so I payed only to find that they overcharged me by a LOT!
Which I don't even know how on earth they get 9.99 and 7.99 mixed up!?
When I talked to customer service I got this Deserae Hobbs person which I'll tell u that person is a real piece of work. I mean talk about rude and she had NO idea how to get back to someone in a timely manner b/c I'd be up at 3am my time..I'm stationed some where with the US military which is 12ish hours ahead of the US for EVER just to get a yes or no from her..then she still shorted me 8$ which I just gave up and figured well just count that as shipping. seeing as that was free at least. ^_^'
I really don't think she could even count but who really knows.
When I left a complaint and a bad review NOTHING ever came of that..either she is running the website or she knows the person that runs it a LOT better than she should. -_-' ...now I get why the base here does not even buy from Soffe anymore..I did ask the Nex/ base clothes shop why they don't have soffe clothes anymore and the only answer I got was it's just not worth the trouble dealing with them..small wonder lol..
Either way if u do shop with them don't even bother talking to them just use paypal and if they mess up report them to paypal/ let paypal deal with them..I wish I had fallowed through with that instead of listening to that Deserae Blobs person. -_-'
