Returned our 3 month old Hampton sofa a week ago due to the material on one arm becoming loose, (less taut) than the other arm, just had a phone call off customer services claiming that their is nothing wrong with it although saying she didn't know why it went like that yet implying it was due to an occurrence in our home, however they have redressed the pleats, whatever that means, this is a sofa in use by one person and shouldn't go like this especially after 3 months, my wife asked what if it happens again to which she replied, "you have a 2 year warranty" future buyers beware , unfortunately trust pilot won't allow me to upload pics of both sofa arms
UPDATE, after telling me their was nothing wrong with the arm, they appear to have tightened the material up on both arms,
now looks like it should.
After my experience with the after sales team, I would never purchase from them again. Check out all the negative reviews on here, wish I had.

Recently received my Jasper 3 seater sofa, loveseat, and armchair in olive green. I absolutely love it! Took my time, worried about ordering something I had not sat on, got lots of colour samples. No regrets at all. It is super comfy, quality furniture and materials. Only 4 weeks from order to delivery! I chose feather foam wrap and castors. Now my pride and joy. Dont hesitate. Also, sale prices saved a lot!

We always purchase from SofaSofa never been disappointed, customer service is brilliant they are always so very helpful and polite. Just received our Blenheim High back chairs they are perfect so well made and must also point out that the leather high back chairs we had purchased (Darcy) last year are lovely leather. Delivery drivers so helpful very polite and removed all packaging and disposed of it. Highly recommend this company would not buy furniture any where else.

The look of their sofas is impressive. BUT avoid at all costs. The quality of the cushion infil is appalling, they become uncomfortable to sit on, don’t retain their shape and need to be plumped up each time after use.

The company replaced my sofa cushion infills due to quality issues. But 18 months later we are back to where we started.

I have now purchased new cushion infills. Most telling of all, the upholster said the quality of the infill was sub standard. No wonder there are quality issues.

From me first contacting Kerry for a virtual tour to me hybernating all evening on my new sofa has been and amazing and seamless experience. Recommend this company to everyone I know. I recently purchased a brilliant corner sofa from sofasofa. The service was absolutely fantastic, they were ok the phone should I have any queries, send material samples out quickly & even delivered before the predicted timeline. I am so thrilled with my sofa. I purchased it without seeing it in person (slightly risky) but felt confident I would like it from the videos online & website. It was even better in real life, extremely comfortable, stylish, great quality & good value. Thanks so much.

The ordering and delivery process was very easy. We were in the process of decorating the room when the chairs were delivered so we kept them wrapped in plastic and left it a couple of weeks before looking at them properly in the room. Unfortunately the two armchairs we ordered just didn’t look right in our space, but they were lovely quality and when I telephoned to say we needed to return them the lady I spoke to was extremely helpful and explained the returns process and timescale. The company contacted me quite quickly after that to confirm a date and the guys turned up on time to collect and were helpful and friendly. I’ve just received the refund only two working days later. No issues whatsoever. It was such a shame that we had to return them but I would have no hesitation in recommending this company if you’re looking to order decent quality furniture for a very reasonable price, from a company that provides excellent service. They were easy to get through to on the telephone, were clear in their communications and delivered what they promised.

I recently purchased two sofas from Sofa Sofa and couldn’t be happier. The sofas themselves are beautiful and extremely comfortable but I wanted to really say how impressed I was with the service as it was fantastic! These days when dealing with companies I come across so many places where you cannot speak to a real person and it is so off putting. I was worried about buying new sofas online for ages because I knew it probably meant emails and phone calls that would likely not be answered etc. However, Sofa Sofa employ actual real people who answered my calls and emails straight away, it was a miracle so I didn’t hesitate in placing my order. The whole process was simple, straightforward and painless. The office staff were so knowledgable and helpful as were the delivery drivers, absolutely amazing all round, a great local company selling beautiful sofas! Please don’t stop what you are doing because I will buy all my sofas from you from now on whenever I need them and I have been singing your praises to all my friends and family.

Cannot reccomended this company enough. The cheap prices made me very sceptical, but I cannot believe the quality and sturdiness of the sofas. They are huge in size (you aren’t getting a piddly cheap sofa for the money) the cushions for the back and base of the sofa are so heavy and luxurious. I chose herringbone flax and it looks so expensive and cotswoldy. So thick and the colours are perfect. The customer service team are so great at their jobs, they delayed the sofa around 5 times for us (as our completion date kept changing) and it wasn’t a problem for them, no charge or anything, they even brought the date forward once our completion date had been announced. The delivery guys also awesome, they come in, unpack the sofa, put the legs on, position it where it needs to go and take home all the packaging for you. It’s a perfect service and whatever you order, you will not regret it.

Avoid at all costs. Sent me a used frame with holes in it and broken feet. Refused to take it back for replacement as I hadn’t unpacked it for a while as I was renovating. Regurgitated policy back at me vs doing the right thing.

We are just in receipt of our beautiful very well made Sofa bed We love it!!!
Compared to our last sofa bed you wouldn’t know it was a sofa bed just looks and feels like a sofa.

Purchased for a new room £1,000 less than our lounge sofa but just as well made the craftsmanship and material are fabulous.

The customer care team are exceptional .

We were kept updated on our chosen delivery day the delivery guys were friendly and helpful ( our delivery is not the easiest) they just got on with it .

We took delivery of our Otto 2-seater sofas in Manolo Cinnamon on 30 September and couldn’t be happier. After a month of use, we’re pleased to report they’re exceptionally comfortable, look fantastic, and hold their shape beautifully with minimal rearranging — a noticeable upgrade from our previous Next sofas.
Customer service has been outstanding throughout. Living five hours from Crumlin, the virtual showroom was a real asset, allowing us to explore options confidently from home. Kerry’s advice was spot on, especially regarding our choice of foam seat cushions, which offer the firmer feel we prefer.
The 21-day home trial gave us peace of mind to buy without trying — though we haven’t needed to use it! Delivery was ahead of schedule, arranged for a day that suited us, and arrived within the promised time slot. The delivery drivers put the sofa's together, ie added all the feet and took away all the packaging, fantastic service from them.
We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Sofa Sofa to others. A seamless experience from start to finish.

We recently ordered 2 settees and one armchair from Sofa Sofa. This was our fifth purchase from them. The previous 4 sofas, bought over a 20 year period, are still with us and much loved. We also bought some extra material to cover a couple of antique chairs to match the new furniture. For the first time we visited the showroom in person and Kerry couldn’t have been more helpful. Everything arrived exactly when we wanted and in perfect condition as always.

I ordered the Agatha 3 seater sofa and the colour was not quite right for my Decor so spoke to Janine who was super helpful and I chose a different fabric and colour and decided on a slighly bigger sofa too. Ordered the Florence and it is absolutely perfect!. The level of care has been amazing all the staff including the delivery team have been so friendly and helpful and I cannot thank all.of them for the excellent level of customer service they have given. I would highly recommend SofaSofa and I am so happy with my replacement sofa and have had a wonderful cumtomer experience! Thank you all@ Sofa Sofa😊

Just taken delivery of our 2 Lydia sofas and matching footstool. We absolutely love them♥️. Now thinking about another for in our dining room.
We visited the showroom whilst we were holidaying in wales as wanted to actually see and feel the ones we liked. Staff were very helpful and we came away with some samples and a firm thumbs up for buying from them. Ordering online was super easy and we were kept up to date at every single step of the way. We had delayed our delivery a bit but this wasn’t an issue for them. The delivery drivers were brilliant and assembled the legs for us. From start to finish, the whole process was brilliant and the quality and fabric of the sofas is divine. I wish all companies would operate as wonderful as these. Very happy customers and would recommend to all.

Well to say I was nervous about buying a sofa online is an understatement but I needn't have worried. This company was a pleasure to deal with from ordering to delivery. Great value and fast turnaround. The sofas X2 are very high quality in every way, obviously made by craftsman and the leather is superb. They look and feel like amazing with no corners cut. The comfort is exceptional. Thank you, it's so nice to buy and back a Great British company!
