I couldn’t be more obsessed with my new sofa! ❤️ It was love at first sight, but rather than only relying on pictures I ventured to the showroom in South London to view. Plenty of beautiful sofas but my heart was with the Tignes. After long deliberation on colour choice I placed my order with the lovely Aga (thank you for your patience). Sofa & Friends delivered in high speed just a day later, and set-up was completed by two delivery guys in no time. I honestly couldn’t be any happier, thank you Sofas and Friends

6 out of 5 service if that could even be possible. Sofa and friends went above and beyond finding me a sofa of my dreams. From viewing in store to communicating and delivery (which was externally fast) unbelievable!

Will be recommending to all my friends and family, so happy with my new living room sofa feature.

Absolutely amazing service, quick responses and fast delivery turn around! The original sofa we ordered wouldn’t fit through the door unfortunately, the guys tried everything in their power without damaging any property. Which personally I think is amazing that they really tried everything before turning around and walking away. Instead they told us to try the alternative sofa (not the corner sofa), I called the company to explain what happened and they got the other sofa to me by the next day!! If that isn’t great service then I don’t know what is. And to add, the sofa itself, we love love love!! So company. Still big and if not probably better than we expected!!!

Everyone is jealous of our Tignes corner sofa. So spacious. Firm but comfy with the abundance of cushions. The delivery men went the extra mile even whilst under time pressure. Be warned, it is very big and heavy. Have extra hands on deck and a straight entrance to get it in

I ordered a sofa from Sofas & Friends earlier this year, and within just over a month of use, the fabric began to show excessive piling. I contacted the company via WhatsApp and was told this was a “characteristic of the fabric,” not a fault — despite it looking worn out in just a few weeks.

After some back and forth, they agreed to send replacement cushion covers. That was three months ago, and despite multiple follow-ups, I’ve received nothing and no clear update.

Very disappointed with both the product quality and the lack of follow-through on promises. A new sofa should not deteriorate this quickly, and customer support has been slow and ineffective.

I would not recommend them based on my experience — poor durability and no accountability.

Just wanted to say a massive shout out to the team here at sofa & friends.
we ordered the sofas online on a Sunday...
on Monday morning we had a call to say that the sofas were in stock and they could deliver on Tuesday.
To say i was over happy as i expected to wait 2 weeks.
The sofas are of great quality and are a great addition to our house.
Could not fault the team here, great communication and friendly service even down to the delivery guys.

Had great experience dealing with sofa and friends from start to finish delivery in less than a week wrong cushions and plugs but rectified with next day delivery I would recommend this company to all my family and friends for quick and efficient service

I went into the show room in Croydon on Sunday, and I had my sofas delivered by the Friday!! Typically the wait time for sofas is 6-8 weeks, so I was thrilled with how quick I had the sofas in my home. From the very beginning Rad was great! Answered all of my questions, and was very knowledgeable about the sofas. I went for the Tignes in the colour rabbit, and I am absolutely in loveeeeee!!! Looks exactly like the pictures online and comes with the pillows. I seriously cannot fault anything. I would also like to thank Saif and Lee who delivered the sofas. They kept me well informed on the day as per the expected delivery time, assembled the sofa exceptionally quickly, and removed all rubbish. I will be recommending sofas and friends to my family and friends. I am so thrilled with my sofa, thank you!!!
