Sofa is great quality and exceeded my expectations, delivery was very fast and was delivered within the week as they said. Definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for sofas

Guessing this store also go by sofa cabin as this is what came up. Zero communication ordered via the range 30 November for a sofa to arrive before xmas. Delivery guy called on 15th December and said it was damaged so cant deliver. They offered alternative but it was not our taste at all so asked when they can get it changed and he said we just deliver i will return to store and they will be in touch. A few days go by and no contact so i contacted range who hadn't even heard from them that there was a problem. The range contacted them and was ignored a week later i got in touch and again the range reached out on phone and absolutely nothing, fast forward to 28 december still nothing so i said to the range tell them to cancel it and i have found much cheaper elsewhere so they did, and up to today still nothing and because i got this with klarna financing the range was forced to respond but they have no contact from retailer. Do not buy from sofa cabin / sofa 4 less and if you do dont pay up front. Total scammers they are!

Worst company ever! Got fed up of waiting for my sofa that never came asked for a refund was ignored and then sofa cabin tried to take another payment so had to block my card . Avoid this company at all costs!

Absolutely shambolic company. Poor quality goods and even worse customer service.
Sofa frame snapped not even 6 months old.
Material of poor quality. Promised exchange, met with excuse after excuse. Don’t waste your money with these absolute cowboys!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Ordered two sofas, every week I was told a delivery date and 3 months later still no sofas.
In the end I cancelled my order through the finance company. Avoid this company.

Good customer service at first when ordering our sofa, fast delivery too. Just a shame they didnt take the rubbish with them not left all over the lounge. Also we were told that couriers would put the sofa together, thought great. When they arrived they wanted a fee of £30, no problem, to find they left the legs to us to put on. Sorry we payed you a fee of £30 legs should of been included.
Just to add to my review, there's a reason why legs were left to us to put on, you can't put them on. So angry saved hard for this sofa
