Great blinds
Needed some blinds for the spare room but wanted ones to match the others I have, came across this website requested a sample which arrived in days along with a discount voucher. Easy step by step guide for measuring order came quickly and blinds look great thank you so easy blinds.

Bad Customer Service / Never received my order :(
Placed order 22/08. I emailed 7 days later to ask for delivery update, and got a quick reply saying arrival will be 04/09.
Received an email 03/09 saying item is out of stock :(
I have since sent 2 emails (to the same email address) which clearly weren't as nice as my 1st email ... but I have been ignored both times.
Not great customer service is it?

Turns out responses were going to my spam :(
I just called to ask for an update.
Got told the product is discontinued.
And my only 2 options are a refund or a different colour blind (no joke).
Shocking.
I'd recommend another website.

As discussed via telephone your order went into production as scheduled but the fabric was found to be flawed. The production was stopped and you were contacted to advise we are awaiting new stock. When the new stock was delivered and this was also found to be flawed, we contacted you again to advise of this further delay. When the third batch of fabric was also found to be flawed the fabric was removed from the range and discontinued to prevent this ongoing issue from reoccuring.
We kept you updated throughout each step but as you have confirmed, the emails were not received in your inbox which we have no control over. However, you did also reply to an email received.
We are sorry the discontinuation of this product caused the upset it did. The only solution we can offer is a new fabric or a refund. The refund was processed as requested.

Great pre sales support
Great pre sales support! I needed spare louvres for vertical blinds to replace some broken ones, purchased from a different vendor who was particularly unhelpful due to discontinued range.
The folks were very responsive, gave me all details to be able to easily order the spares online.
Delivery was prompt, and the louvres are a perfect match (per the free samples provided previously)
Highly recommend!

Blinds not turned up, emailed over a week ago, was told I'd receive an email for delivery at the start of last week, still not heard anything.

The delivery was very quick
The delivery was very quick. Not as easy to put together as I have sky light windows and have to leave the blinds closed all the time as I am not taking the ladder out every time to open the blinds

We appreciate installing a blind to a skylight window can be tricky especially if ladders are required, unfortunately, there is no easy way around this. We do offer an extendable control rod which can be used to open/close the blind.

The blinds did not arrive together
The blinds did not arrive together. The top rail was delivered on the Tuesday then the blinds came the next day but the hangers weren't in the box ! So after emailing to let them know we then had to wait another two days before they came in the post. Very disappointed
