I am writing to provide feedback on the outstanding after-sales service I received from SodaStream.
SodaStream is a highly responsible company that truly values its customers. Their after-sales service is excellent.
In particular, I would like to commend Mr. Aydinoglu and Ms. Aktas for their exceptional support. They responded to my questions and needs instantly and quickly, ensuring a smooth and satisfactory resolution.
For a modern company to take 3-5 business days to prepare an order and another 2-4 business days to deliver an item is pretty shocking. Their customer service auto-response email suggesting they will take up to 4 business days to send an answer to a simple query but may take longer because they are "always" sooo.. busy is also not realistic. I quite like the product but company clearly relies on brand marketing rather than brand image.

Customer support was well and easily accessible. Support staff was friendly and competent. Delivery of replacement device took longer than I personally expected and the support staff did not have near time information on the progress of the delivery - this is why my rating is 4 and not 5.
