I believe it is working well, BUT......

I believe it is working well, but I am having a hard time with the Ozone smell that remains on my CPAP's Nasal Pillow , even after washing and wiping after use.

Also, the bedroom smells strongly of ozone too, and I cannot go in there for a few hours after usage.......

Received order in reasonable amount of…

Received order in reasonable amount of time. Unit was in good condition and mostly assembled. The doors do not shut easily as they bump into each other. I noticed this after I put the sliding shelf in. Biggest issue unless I'm not fully understanding is that one you have your CPAP machine in the cabinet with the doors closed it is a pain to shut off if I stop mask use before I fully awake. Having the CPAP unit on top makes more sense but I am coping with this.

Everything went well

Everything went well, from start to finish. The only comment is that changing the water reservoir, at first linked. After changing a few times we saw that the seal from the original water reservoir needed to be moved to the new water reservoir. No links now and everything good.

I love the machine, rebate policy?

I love the machine, worth every penny, with that said, I am older, I don’t use technology very often, I just don’t understand most of it, I have a smart phone and can do 99% of what I need to on the web, my issue is the hoops I have to jump through to get the rebate, it’s ALL ELECTRONIC, I purchased it directly through your company, gave you my name, address, credit card information, you sent the machine, now in order to get the rebate, I have to print forms out, from my phone, no idea how to do that ( here is that 1% ) why not just an electronic form, fill it out , send. All parties involved know I purchased it, make it easier for us to get the dam rebate, it’s always a pain in the ass to get a rebate when you buy through a third-party vendor like Amazon but it should not be that way when you purchased directly from the company.
