4/5 socks for my Groomsmen came wonderfully, but one pair (for my best man no less) was much lower quality than the others. The other 4 were all nice and fun dress socks, but that last one was a crappy crew sock with a printed-on design instead of a sewn-in one.

I ordered socks for my hubby's b-day with a face of our dog on it, and it came out AMAZING! The quality of socks is also very good. Thank you, he loves it!

Great customer service, easy to website and on time delivery. We purchased two pairs of custom socks for Father's day and they were a hit. I contacted support to see if quicker shipping was available. I received a response the same day and our ship date was adjusted by the end of the day. We received our products when we're told we would. All around great experience. I initially had some hesitation towards ordering from the site due to volume of reviews. I am so pleased with my decision.

The first order was short two pairs, but Carol fixed my order and made things right lickety-split.

I like the socks a lot and the shipping was prompt. I am unhappy that the coupon for 20% that came with my first order did not work when I attempted a second order. I also never got the promised 15% coupon from sockologie for adding my email to the list. However, 10% coupons from the internet seemed to work.

You have such a wide selection of themes and colors that my adult daughters and I are huge fans! Some of the socks I purchased are made of bamboo. These are the softest socks I've owned in a while.

Turn around time from order to receipt was quick as well.

I usually find a pair Sox or two for my friend but she has muscular calf’s so ankle Sox are uncomfortable for her. It would be best for me if you offered calf length Sox in every promotional offer you have

I love all the fun patterns on the bamboo socks that I've bought. They brighten my day just putting them on. And they are very soft. They feel great! Plus, they last longer than a lot of socks like this that I've bought elsewhere.

Ordered 11/25, almost two weeks later I still have no delivery ETA and cannot get even an automated response to repeated emails. And still no socks.
Dodgy and no customer service. Lesson learned the hard way.
