Website is not user friendly at all, unnecessary fees, buses apparently “full” but then on the trip they are mostly empty.
I was overcharged on several payments and when contacting support, I was confronted by an angry woman by telephone saying it was my fault, then on another bus ticket, I was charged for one I didn’t receive, so less money, no ticket. Thankfully my bank did help me solve these problems.
