Mr Mat him self has admitted that he should pay the money back to me months ago as he has failed to have the google ads as advertised as part of our signed agreement on the 03/12/2021
That as part of our agreement is that I shall have google ad on to get business up and running, and advertise it on google ads for three months which should be up and running within one month, unfortunately he broke that and found excuses that things take time.
Still even he had a month to built the website and have google ad on as part of our agreement to have clients ad so my business would have been up and running and can be seen on google ad so I can generate income and all.
He kept stalling me and stalling by saying everything takes time. He knows very well that we have agreed to have the business up and running and with google ad within a month, but he failed to do that, so his son and so the people who works for him.
The contract we have signed was breached and e-mail messages between us proves that he promised the business will be up and running within a month, which he failed.
I have the e-mails and proves from him and from his coworker Elizabeth, that google ads should have been up and running. He has been stalling me back and he didn’t set any google ads on and lied that they did and has sent me made up google ads from their internal server which doesn’t exist on google ads at all, this happened way before I have refused to pay for the service that doesn’t exist and have never ever received.
He has been playing me up for months and he him self has admitted that he would refund me the money as a full refund. It is still on the review back in February. Him self admitted that they didn’t provide the service they have promised and the contract was breached and therefore is invalid.
I have all the e-mails between me and him saying him self that he needed time to issue me a refund. He said him self that he will pay me all the money back of £5000, and he admit that they did wrong and he even asked me that we will have an legal agreement signed between us to finish this dispute and that he needed my bank account to issue the full refund. It’s all in here and it’s all in our private e-mails.
Then he decided to back off and he knows he was in the wrong and that he should refund the money he took away from me by breaching our signed contract. And that is of course to provide google ads as our part of agreement to advertised the cleaning company way before I stopped paying for the service that I have never ever received.
They have lied that they did google advert for the cleaning business set up at the beginning of January 2022, which was a complete lie.
The judge he will be able to see all of these proofs and to see that he admit him self that he will pay me back a full refund. He admitted paying back the full £5000 more than 5 months and he never did.
When this case will go to a public small court, he will be liable to pay the full money and the cost of the small-public court fees, that I will have to file.
He has had many and many months, and still no refund that him self personally promised to issue
He said they haven’t refused to pay and I still have the emails, that he admitted that he will pay. I am sure the judge will be glad to see those emails that him self has admitted to pay.
Since then he has been ignoring me and he never ever refunded in anything.
You might think that I have given up but I’ll never ever will, at the end of the day this dispute will have to be settled at the public small court, which you need to attend and pay for the consequences, and that will be it.
You keep ignoring and you will get a letter showing a breach of our signed contract because of the refuse of the business advertising on google ads. You can tear it up or do whatever you want with it.
The recorded letter will be written to you Mr Bullock and your address and your company address which is love my business. It’s up to you take it serious or not.
That letter will give you the right of 14 days to reply back by issuing a full refund of £5000. If you will not do that within the legal time slot which is 14 days, then I am forced to file the case into a small public court my self where my case of a breach of contract will be lay down in a front the judge.
Keep ignoring as much as you like. I am asking for the last time to refund the £5000 that you Mr Bullock have admitted to refund and pay back.
Do not forget what you have promised on this website that you have applied the refunds and hope we hope to send the funds to you as soon as possible dated the 3rd of February 2022
