UPS delivery is troublesome
UPS delivery is troublesome. I always need to call them and give instructions. It never goes smoothly. I need to change my snus provider. Otherwise nothing wrong with snusdaddy, service is great.

I'm sorry you feel that way.
UPS can indeed be troublesome when there are complexities in the way, such as a locked apartment door or gate that needs to be managed. However, it's very rare, especially if directives such as a code for the door or specific apartment number is given beforehand.
We do require an adult signature and that requires that someone is there to receive the package and it can be a hassle at times. That part can easily be managed beforehand by directing the package to a UPS Access Point and we can help you with that. Besides that, we can't do much about UPS' services.
In either case, I hear you, the shipping service can be better, but the alternatives aren't always the solution.

Due to your address not being complete UPS have not been able to deliver your package. This is something that is shown in your tracking information and something UPS should have contacted you about. Sometimes contact isn't optimal from UPS and I'm sorry if that is the case. Wish we could do more.
Sometimes these emails end up in a trash folder or spam filter, so I would look there first. Besides that, I would recommend contacting UPS to complete your address.
In any case, we'll contact you via the information we have to try and resolve it. Sorry about the inconvenience.

I emailed you the other day regarding your package, did you not receive it?
We are very aware of the sub par tracking and speed when it comes to shipping through PostNord, which is essentially local mail services. It's not for the feint of heart, but it is cheap compared to the alternative.
UPS has a great service which we provide. 4-7 business days and you will have your package with tracking for every step of the way to Australia, but it comes with a cost.
So this all boils down to what you are willing to pay and what currency is more important. Money or time.

Amazing Customer Service
After I received my order, I realized that I was shipped the wrong products. After I emailed customer service, I quickly received a response. Customer service apologized for the mixup up and asked for a simple picture of the contents I received. Once confirmed, they offered to immediately send out the correct items and stated I could keep the products I already received. Great example of amazing customer service and taking care of me. It is rare to receive this type of service. Will absolutely recommend to others to purchase.
