I orderered a product on their webpage.
Next day they cancelled the order with ANY explanation
They refunded me the product but not the shipping costs
I trieds several times to contact them. I only received automatic answers
I had to open a claim on PayPal to get the full refund

Please, please do NOT order from this company.
I ordered some trainers which I decided not to keep and returned in January.
Since then I have been trying to find out where my refund is. I either get an AI chat which repeatedly asks me for the same information or silence. I was finally told they did not have a record of my order number and was asked to send proof. I sent a photo of my order confirmation (showing the order ref they say they had no record of) and proof of postage. I received a reply to that saying their system was unable to show my images!!!! I was finally acknowledged by Debenhams customer service who assured my refund would happen by 17th Feb at the latest. It still has not happened!
Customer service at its absolute worst

Ordered 2 pairs of shoes from debenhams. This company delivered them returned them via royal mail didn't hearxanything and now been charged on my barclays account. Everytime you email them it says failed and when you ring no answer. Every other company is fine so don't know why this says failed all the time. Emailed debenhams and now they are looking in to it. So hopefully be sorted soon.

Ordered a bag through Tesco market Place. I didn't like the bag, so requested a return.

Ordered items on 1st December 2025, didn't turn up till 5 days later, posted it back on 8thDecember. Heard nothing from since.

I responded in an email for my refund but despite numerous emails and no response.

So I posted the item back myself. Two weeks on I have not received my full refund despite paying my own post.

Tried calling them sent another email. NO REPLY again.

Will contact my bank to get my money back.

If I could give NO STARS I COULD , LIKE TO TAKE YOUR MONEY BUT NOT REFUND YOU.

Ordering and delivery was fine but the quality is poor. They will be improved when I buy some insoles because there's no internal padding. I've only had them a week and the sole looks to be coming off. The rear or the sole is rounded but the rear of the moccasin is square and overhangs the sole so thread already loose and quite honestly these aren't going to survive very long. I was trying to get away from M&S but I'll go there a buy some soon.

Impossible to make an order! Extremely frustrating websites. It will not accept my Password. Impossible to change PW as it says "already registered" or "Password is incorrect". Another hour wasted - going round and round in circles... and pushing my blood pressure up!
Such lovely slippers but it's impossible to purchase a new pair.
For goodness sake Snugrugs, Fix your Website, please!!

Ordered slip on trainers got details arriving on Thurs 28th November on 25th it says dispatched on 26th it says sorry not got your size or colour in stock how was it dispatched if not in stock cowboy company won't be ordering from here again just get money back in my account

Beautiful sheepskin rug ordered it really is a good quality rug !

I am extremely disappointed in Snugrugs, I have sent several emails to customer services, I was promised a replacement pair of gloves as my first pair didn't arrive, now my second pair hasn't arrived. No response from customer services as I would like to resolve the issue. I have tried to contact them by phone with no joy... No one available to answer the phone at Snugrugs.

I have been trying to contact customer services as the gloves I have received are very poor quality and I question whether they are real sheepskin - I have emailed and called multiple times with no response- absolutely shocking ! Not bad customer service no customer service! I would advise not to order from their website .

Promised a refund a few weeks ago and still waiting. The customer service experience started really well but they’re not following up on what they promise. 4 days later still being ignored despite emailing.

I placed an order and even though in stock on site, unavailable, I have requested a refund for over a week and heard nothing at all.

I received my order from Snugrugs today which was the mens suede slipper sheepskin mule, they are the comfiest slippers I have ever bought. Delivery was fast, safe and secure by a trusted partner. I would have no hesitaiy in recomending them. First class.

Ordered pair of (tan) sheepskin gloves on 29-12-22 and used free delivery option. Arrived (Royal Mail 48 hr tracked!) on 31-12-22. Very pleased - gloves are lovely and colour as ordered (checked twice by phone during ordering, emphasising no substitutes please).
