Mattress purchase
Bought a mattress from Snuginteriors and issues with covid caused significant delays with its manufacture. But Snuginteriors kept in contact with regular updates to make sure I knew what was going on and provided a gift card for the hassle even though the delays were down to the mattress supplier, not them. Would definitely recommend.

Great family company who know their products!
Shona and her team are so helpful, I mean seriously helpful. There isn't much they dont know about beds and mattresses. I've only done business with them over the phone but the amount of time and effort they go into understanding your infdividual needs is quite brilliant. Something you don't receive from many companies nowadays. I have bought a mattress, bed and headboard over a few years with SNUG and each time they remember me and my name. Any problems they bend over backward to rectify even when its not their problem to do so. Can't recommend them highly enough.
