Aside from that excellent selling point these are also the best stretch form work pant I’ve ever used and the last one I’ll be using. Between the built in knee pads and stretch tech, they give you maximum durability in water/chemical based environments and construction /manufacturing environments. From the Dredge in the river to the chemical plant down the way, these pants can suit all employees in the field adequately without sacrificing comfort or durability all will kneepad slots for any pad you like but I prefer the D60

I ordered a hoodie and a coat and two differant pairs of trousers i sent the hoodie coat and a pair of the trousers i wanted to change the trousers to Khaki green and the coat and hoodie was too big so wanted to swap them for a 2 xl then ive just received an email saying weve issued a full refund as the hoodie was discontinued so im confused on why the order was cancelled why couldnt he just give me a call like Carol did about the trousers i had to change the style

Excellent service, online payment wouldn’t work and they quickly resolved the issue and my product arrived next day.

Update 2 to reply: I have replied to an email the same day that was asking for pictures and, that is when I was told I could not be helped. Can you please continue this convosation via email or give me a direct email address to contact if you are willing to help me with this problem

Update to the reply I revieced:
i launched the claim on 20th of october so this is obviously not true. The last two emails i received from yourselfs are telling me you will not help me.

Ordered a pair of trousers in March for £115, after 3 months the zipper broke after contacting them they refused a replacement and repaired the item instead. The repair failed in exactly the same way after another 3 months. They are now refusing all liability as the product is just over 6 months from purchase ( only 3 months from their repair). a previous pair of snickers i owned also did not last well which is what led me to buy the more expensive version which is also a massive disappointment. I will now personally stay clear from this brand and urge others too also.

I ordered 6 weeks ago. Money came out of my bank and I’ve not even received a a confirmation of delivery, have had 10+ emails with customer service constantly reassuring it will be next week and nothing comes, no refund. No advances, I’m really unhappy as I’ve been a long time snickers customer.
