The worst online vendor I’ve ever experienced in all my life. It’s a rip off stay as far away as you can. No customer service can’t get your money back. Can’t get anybody to help you answer any questions they’ll ship your package at random never received. Mine couldn’t get a refund total rip off.

The shoes were really great! They were so neat very and reached out about the shoebox being damaged. The shoes were in excellent condition though! I really appreciated the communication.

Terrible customer service. They sent the wrong size shoes. I reached out, no response. 2 days later, I followed up. They demanded pictures etc, I sent them. Not good enough. More pictures etc.

I use Sneakers/GOAT to find great deals on sneakers. I own over 200 pair of sneakers and have only recently found your company. I’ve probably purchased over 20 pair of sneakers from you guys and service has been great. Shipping has been fast. I was impressed that a pair I purchased was defective and you found it before delivery and replaced it. I thought that was great!

Delivery driver had no problem finding my house this time and my shoes are perfect. They are exactly what I wanted. So glad I found them.

They DO NOT Allow returns. Their website says they do but they give you the run around and in the end are way more stress than they are worth. Find another seller and go somewhere else. Lots of seller are better to deal with. Let them go out of business and do not deal with them.

We had such a pleasant and easy experience selecting a good walking shoe for a friend. The website was simple to maneuver through even with my limited tech skill set(haha).we were delighted by the variety of shoes available and easily found the perfect shoes for our friend at a surprisingly great price. As an extra “bonus” they were delivered to our house very quickly. I will definitely use Sneakers.com in the future.

this company sucks soooooooo f__king bad. omg they are the king of all SUCKKKKKK. i ordered a pair of shoes in the wrong size. 5 minutes after ordering i realized my mistake and tried to contact them to get the correct size and they said too late the order had already shipped. BUT.....the order hadn't really shipped...what they meant it their vendor had begun the process of shipping it to them and they're too lazy to stop the process. meanwhile, get this....it took a MONTH for the shoes to arrive. that's more than ample time to stop the shipping process at any stage. unbelievable.

Found some sold out Jordans on sale from Sneakers.com! Got a matching mommy and me colorway for myself and my toddler daughter just in time for Christmas last year. Was impressed with their range of brands and styles for both kids and adults. Everything on the site seems to be on sale which is nice since I'm always buying new sizes for my littles as their feet grow.

Fast shipping and great deals. Product was authenticated and in great condition.

Only note is the shoe box was a bit dinged up
