Only giving it 1 because there is no 0! Terrible experience in Oxford, with some staff who really should not be classed as photographers. Not what it used to be... anyone who can hold a camera will do these days. Service, terrible too.
Snappy Snaps - Leigh-on-Sea
Gemma was extremely helpful, I needed a couple of photos blown up but colour was very orange on one of them, Gemma was very knowledgeable, talked me through the process and then amended the colour on this photo, she showed me the results on screen and checked I was happy - I was very impressed with the service and super pleased with the results of my pictures
Surbiton shop: Karim and Adhraa are such lovely people and do an excellent job. Karim was exceedingly helpful and amazingly efficient regarding passport photos (initially digital, but later physical also) needed in a hurry. I was delighted with every aspect and extremely grateful.
At snappy snaps Mashion house I have my passport photo taken. I wasn’t sure about the right size but Monika was very knowledgeable about it and she made me look much better on the pictures.
It was a very positive experience. Thank you

I visited Snappy Snaps in Woking on the spur of a moment to ascertain how long 2 photos I'd just taken would taken would take to print. Was served by Bryn who was very helpful and professional. He not only printed the photos but voluntarily framed them whilst I waited.
Have visited the store several times and always found all the staff friendly, helpful, courteous and professional. Their behaviour resembles service standards from yesteryear when sadly, compared to nowadays, it was almost universal and standard. Many thanks.

Please note that this is actually a 6-star review! I visited the Snappy Snaps shop on Watford High street last March and into April this month, over a couple of days. I was impressed with the two different services the workers there, rendered to me. I am mentioning Eshan, Marvel, Ibrahim and the person who took my call on Good Friday. Their customer service was top notch!
Referring specifically to Eshan the photo specialist who did most of my work, I drove his editing skills to the limit, and guess what, he delivered! He was patient with me. My advice is for them to keep up the good work!

Yesterday, I visited the Snappy Snaps store in Wandsworth, and I would like to share how genuinely positive my experience was. From the moment I walked in, Elly made me feel welcomed and at ease. She took the time to really understand what I needed and patiently guided me through all the different printing options available.
What stood out most was not just her knowledge, but the way she communicated it clearly, thoughtfully, and without ever making me feel rushed or overwhelmed. Her kindness and professionalism created a very comfortable atmosphere, and it was clear that she truly cares about helping customers make the best choices.
It’s rare to come across service that feels this attentive and sincere. Thanks to Elly, what could have been a simple transaction turned into a genuinely pleasant and memorable experience. I left the store feeling confident, satisfied, and appreciated as a customer. I’m very grateful for her help and would happily return again because of the excellent service I received.

I have used snappy snaps in Colchester since college and never had an issue until when I gave three rolls of film that I just brought back from holiday. When I received the rolls back sadly they had been ruined in the processing stage, to top it off all the photos had been incorrectly scanned meaning that half of them didn't even fit in the frame.
I am thoroughly disappointed for how much I paid that this was the result, they could not even get the ruined shots into frames. £63 quid for incorrectly processed film and not even put onto disc correctly an extra £15 for a service that was not even done. A note on the bag saying they needed to possibly be rescanned and no-one checked or corrected this.
They did offer to rescan but I took these to a local professional to do instead to see what happened to the film who also confirmed the film had been damaged due to processing issues.
Please train your staff better because I didn't have this issue with the last staff. Also to anyone getting film developed who doesn't know and might think it is them, don't get your film developed here currently.
Many thanks to Madieson at the Wimbledon Broadway store. She was quick, knowledgeable and very efficient in dealing with my US passport photo. I appreciated her calm, friendly approach.

The Charlotte Street branch ruined some of my photos because of careless trimming. I asked for the film to be trimmed into slices of 4 and they carelessly clipped off some of my photos. Absolutely disappointed and will not be using this service. You guys can't even cut film properly?! What a joke. These were memories from months ago and now they are butchered. £10/film for develop only C-41 36exp is also expensive for this carelessness. Avoid if you don't want ruined pictures. I want a refund.

Just used Snappy Snaps in Ealing W5 London.
Had some urgent documents to print and I am not very confident with I T.
Two young gentlemen working there were so helpfuland polite, as could see I was struggling and made it effortless,so patient, without making me feel " stupid"!
While waiting taking passport photos, multi tasking and definitely working as team on busy Saturday.
Will definitely use again!
Many thanks

This morning I was genuinely shocked: I was charged £3 for a single black-and-white photocopy. That is simply unbelievable.
If you do the math, 10 photocopies would cost £30, which is more than buying an entire book. These prices are completely unreasonable.
I honestly find this quite embarrassing. Charging such an amount for such a basic service is absurd and shows a lack of respect for customers.
There is no justification for prices like this. You should be ashamed.
I will definitely not be coming back

Angel branch charged £2.99 for a single a4 paper color print. Too expensive.

I visited the Bethnal Green Branch of Snappy Snaps and the assistant Ameira was just so polite and helpful. She explained every photographic option to me and was skilled and highly competent. Thank you so much for my wonderful photograph card Ameira. I could not be happier with the result.

Many thank to Marvin Alexander at Snappy Snaps Kilburn for 5* service. He noticed prints were cropped and reprinted, so, as customer I was delighted !

My family and I specifically travelled to the South Kensington branch because it is listed on the Netherlands Embassy website as a location familiar with Dutch visa photo requirements. We made it clear to the photographer that the photos were required for a Dutch visa application. We paid £24.99 per person, totaling of £74.97 for the three of us.
However, when we attended our visa appointment, the photos were rejected by the Embassy as they did not meet the Dutch visa specifications. We were informed that the ratio and sizing of the images were incorrect and too large for the required format. I have the rejection letter that I can provide.
As a result, we were forced to retake our photos at an appointed photo shop near the Embassy on the day of our appointment, incurring an additional cost of £75 to retake the photos. So at the end we spent £150 for this!
This caused unnecessary stress, inconvenience, and additional expense on what was already an important and time-sensitive appointment.
To add to our disappointment, I have submitted a complaint to via complaint form on their website but got no response.

At the Reading branch I was assisted by Duke - who was fantastic. Really helpful and polite, provided an excellent service. I would use Snappy Snaps again and this is all down to the service from Duke.

Very uncompassionate staff, been here twice both times my photos have come out completely black. I've never had this issue when I lived up north. They only offered a partial refund both times. I appreciate they had to pay for the chemicals and don't want to be out of pocket but when it happened the second time I was really looking for a full refund as a act of good will gesture. The second lot were my engament photos I was balling my eyes out in the shop and the staff were so unhelpful, they were rude and didn't offer any help or tissues, water or anything. The manager then calls me a few days later and backs up his colleagues and doesn't provide any further refund and the whole call just felt like a slap in the face. He told me the exact same thing I've already heard before such a waste of time. They clearly don't want to help. I have suggested that maybe some compassion training and I hope they take that suggestion onboard. They said something along the line of "that's what happens when you buy a cheap camera from Amazon" not word for word as I was too busy crying but that's not the way to speak to an upset customer. Will not be returning.
