I use this app regularly. Always deliver within expected time frame, drivers super-friendly and polite, and items always as ordered. May not be quite as competitive price-wise as going to the supermarket, esp with the service charge and (optional) driver tip, but good to give business to a local shop and employees.

First time ordering!!! site says 60 -75 mins delivery but 3 hours later nothing ! Waste o time won't use again. Prob need to use a bank refund for my money back.

When i started using snappy shopper it was great. But the past (maybe) 6 orders, there is always something. Shop phones to say don't have product. They switch products. They send wrong items. Now the most recent is order my snappy shopper at 7:07 am with delivery to be between 8:10 and 8:25. For it not to appear until 10:10 am. 3 hours is ridiculous. Also, store is not checking value of their stock. Ordered my son his favourite lolly at £1.49 each. For the lolly to be smashed and melted, my son is autistic so could imagine the meltdownhe had as he doesn't understand. All take take take money

Pit stop shop goes above and beyond. Always delivered on time if not earlier. Great prices and staff are lovely 😊

Never had a bad experience with Snappy Shopper, hayats in happyhillock Dundee is the best.

Poor customer service when I phoned the shop who forgot an item and told me it would be sent out soon. Hour later nothing so phoned back and lack of interest again. Requested a refund and when I asked how long it would take she goes quiet and hangs up

placed an order in august.
said order never appeared and never got cancelled.
contacted snappy shopper by email and social media told me they can’t do anything so to go to the store.
the store said it is not there responsibility.
still never recieved my purchase or a refund.

Advertised offer on app, but charged full price and not offer price. Shop or snappy shopper blaming each other but no refund after contacting customer service. Gave them plenty of chances to sort it before writing this review.

This is the second time I’ve used the keystone in east Ayrshire . On the small shopper app took my money for shopping and declined my transaction . Last time it was £55 this morning was £80.19 now I have to wait 10 days for my money back . They shouldn’t except orders on the app if they don’t have a driver . Dissatisfied customer there support was horrendous too will not be back to this store again PREMIER STORE TOLBOLTON KA55RB

Got a delivery from dovedale premier. Excellent service

So bad spent 40 mins doing an order for it all to just go out my basket, they don’t honour the free delivery over £25 either. Absolute waste of time shouldn’t even be allowed to trade in the UK you absolute shambles of a company, close down now.

Used Snappy for over a year. Order 40-60gbp. 78. 97% hearing loss in one ear. Tinnitus. Excellent service from cheerful drivers. Yesterday, ordered 60+gbp. Had allowed a couple of hours for delivery. Arrived 2 hours late. Driver too impatient to explain that I needed to take a phone call to conform his arrival. Just kept saying "phone" and pointing to it. English not very good (I have lived in a non-English country so am not biased). Took bags and left. No phone numbers answered. It is 10.30 next day. No breakfast, and only cheese (no bread) for lunch. Totally unnecessary. First Uber driver ever, not regular ones.I don't know if the "refund" is in my bank. This means a 20gbp return taxi ride to find out.

Snappy shopper in Thornhill & bishopmill scotmid are absolutely spot on but never use new elgin service station or the premier in lesmurdie or bishopmill service station as they are absolutely useless & steal your money, some not very snappy some are, I've seen me waiting over 2 hours for multiple deliveries & they say 30 to 60 minute's on the vans? I don't get it. Anyone else had similar experiences?

Do what you say on the pamphlet, cannot redeem the voucher code, all items bought were not limited just soft drinks and biscuits spent £28 but could not redeem the voucher snappy should be more snappy with there replys..... They messaged me asking for the supposed code and promised a reply within 24 48 hours.... Now 4 days later still no reply.... I suggest customers are not valued by this company and my ticket ID is 155672...i guess the same as the voucher code.... Not worth the paper its printed on..... Snappy is a bit crappy.....

This app is balls advertise products they don’t have then send you a pile a shite instead off what you ordered plus over £5 on fees what a joke

Used this company off & on for a couple of years. Had many issues (even recently) with certain stores making mistakes, being late, adding wrong items & not having the products I ordered. Having to call the stores after is very annoying.
I hope the developers can update the app more & have a system where the out of stock items are shown to be automatically unavailable in the app while ordering?

However, all of the negative experiences I’ve had has been caused by certain stores though & not by Snappy Shopper itself usually. Maybe monitor the quality of the stores & deliveries more?

On top of the delivery fee their added ‘service charge’ is a bit steep & really adds up on each order. And now there’s also a part to tip the drivers added too recently. - Come on guys it’ll soon be cheaper getting a taxi to & from the shop instead!
Overall a good idea & good app though & - when it all works smoothly - it’s a very handy service for those who can’t get out.

A month to reply to a review and they don't even read what you've written just say to email them again.

Useless!

Looks like they treat their staff like rubbish so not surprised they're Useless or just don't care about the customer when the company don't care about them.

Glassdoor reviews are insightful! Stick to companies who treat their staff and customers right and actually care.

I’ve used a few shops on snappy shopper, but the best by far is Spar Motherwell road bellshill , they are super quick and amazing choice . Give the spar a try , 5 stars all round
