I would give ZERO stars if possible. What a completely horrible joke these people are. Spent hours choosing the best pics/uploading/edit/albums etc.. ordered many prints to arrive before christmas, pa... See more

Absolute rubbish
Absolute rubbish. Most of the prints are cropped at random. Complete waste of time. Avoid at all costs
This is my response to Snapfish's reply…
This is my response to Snapfish's reply to my previous review. Just the disinterested ignorant reply I expected. Why should I contact Snapfish customer service "Chat" again when four times they have deliberately cut me off and had no desire to solve the problem. Snapfish doesn't give a damn about customers concerns. No wonder they don't give a telephone number because they don't want to speak to anyone. Easy for them to disconnect the "Chat". Beware of this company if you have a problem of their making. Avoid them at all cost.
Order hasn’t arrived!
Order hasn’t arrived!! And impossible to contact them without queueing forever for their pathetic live chat function. Don’t waste your time with them!! B
Print missing, clips missing
Print missing, clips for slim canvas prints missing. Despite hours trying to get customer service to respond, I have repeatedly been disconnected and am not confident of successful resolution.
Don’t bother with the acrylic prints
Don’t bother with the acrylic prints. The hooks don’t stick for more than a few days and they won’t replace the hook alone. How ridiculous. And then because I ordered earlier this year (as part of a redecoration project) they won’t refund. I won’t bother with them again.
Their tiles are terrible
Their tiles are terrible! Mounting them on a wall is almost impossible, the "frames" don't stay on nor does the tile! I purchased several as Christmas gifts and I was embarrassed when I received my own tile and realized what a defective product they are. I have used Snapfish for albums and canvas hangings with 100% satisfaction over many years.
Pictures were cropped incorrectly
Pictures were cropped incorrectly. Half of peoples head missing. Even though I double checked how I myself had asked them to be cropped.
Customer service terrible, saying I could reorder prints free of charge but I had to pay delivery. No thanks, will never use your service again and would highly suggest others do not also.
Stay away from Snapfish
Stay away from Snapfish
It's difficult to know where to begin. The editing tools are cumbersome, unintuitive, and limited. It will take many hours more to do a project on Snapfish than other services. But, they are also cheaper and I needed to order several.
When the item arrived, there were DOZENS of printing errors. The photos were zoomed in, rotated, and cropped differently than I had chosen.
All they told me was that I could go back and fix them and re-order the book. I have no way of knowing whether this time it will come as ordered.
This book took months to finish, and it's going to take hours to fix. Do not risk your images with this horrible company.
Trust the process! SNAPFISH is excellent
I didn't check Trust Pilot until after I placed my order & boy was I scared after that. I thought I just fell for a scam. Not at all... I got texts all throughout the shipment phase. This is the ONLY site I had no issues with formatting a book I made my son. I made 2 versions of it - board book & hardback (each slightly different). They came out great!! Couldn't recommend more. Also the price was insanely good.
Black and White prints on canvas
1st and foremost, Snapfish's customer service has been great!! I ordered 3 black and white prints on canvas. 2 of the 3 had a purple-ish hue while the 1 was a true black and white print. I reached out and they didn't hesitate to reprint my order and get it shipped asap at no extra cost to me. However, when the re-prints came in the mail, they still looked purple. I reached out yet again to Snapfish asking for a refund. They were quick apologize and to refund me for my prints.
I'm bummed that it didn't work out because Snapfish was easy to work with and they were quick to rectify the issue. However, it sucks that I'm now left with 1 black and white print and 2 purple-ish prints.
Really poor quality frame
Really poor quality frame - wouldn’t recommend them.
Surprised to see so many bad reviews...
Surprised to see so many bad reviews... I have ordered more than 50 times from Snapfish (cards, photobooks, canvases, photo prints, mugs, etc.) and never had any issues. The one time a product was of really poor quality, they gave me credit to buy another.
I ordered a mug for Farther’s day
I ordered a mug for Farther’s day, the quality of the print on the mug was shocking all blurry and colour was terrible, even though I sent quality photos, only way to contact them is live chat, which someone is meant to contact me by email, still waiting 🙄 Don’t waste your money
Complete contempt for their customers
Ordered photobooks and paid extra for priority 48 hr delivery. I am still waiting for them over 2 weeks later - the items never even made it to the courrier. The only method of communication with Snapfish is via their chatbots. Expect moronic cut & paste, AI-generated answers and empty promises. They "kindly" offered to remake and resend the order "for no extra charge" (!) but still no sign of what I paid for. They also maintain their "process" means they can only offer to resend or refund but it's absolutely impossible to also compensate me for the hours I have spent chasing them or refund me for the priority delivery charge they were happy to take. Absolute scam artists - stay away.
Appalling AI customer service
Spent all day on a photobook for a gift. Technical fail and it was lost. Told they were working on it. Tried again, another full day, it got lost again. Loads of reassuring words from their AI bots but despite chasing, they never fixed it. So they gave me a £15 credit for my time. Turns out the credit can only be used on shipping. What on earth makes them think I will ever use their site again is beyond me. Photobox proved a much better option. And I wrote to their CEO and heard nothing.
Really disappointed that I ordered a…
Really disappointed that I ordered a "card" and it's literally a piece of card saying happy birthday. Not an actual folding card.
Constant spam with no unsubscribe option
A year ago I made a purchase from Snapfish, since then I've been bombarded with marketing messages, none of which have the legally required unsubscription information.
Bad experience
I placed an order for prints. One print arrived clipped so the whole print is not visible and of no value to me. No wonder they have a one star rating. There is NO way to contact this crowd. Their website is deliberately convoluted and useless. I will never use this service again. I lost £6.99. I should have gone elsewhere to get this printed.
Misleading Delivery Claims – Not Suitable for Urgent Orders
I chose Snapfish to send a personalised birthday card as I had left it too late to post a paper card and they advertise fast delivery, stating dispatch within 24 hours. I created a folding card with multiple photos and found their design tools straightforward.
However, when I got to the payment page there was no option for delivery in less than 4 to 6 days, which would have been too late, and no quicker than if I had posted a paper card. There was no option for modifying the delivery date, so I had to cancel the order (which fortunately they allow you to do within 60 minutes of purchase) and then create a new one. But it turned out that I had not made a mistake as again the fastest option was for 4 to 6 days. I contacted them to check and they confirmed this.
So although their design options and tools are good, and they responded to my enquiry quite promptly via their live chat (with a human, not a bot), their advertised delivery claims are misleading, and the lack of upfront clarity wastes time.
last year I had problems with ordering…
last year I had problems with ordering my snapfish photos and a year on I am having the same old problems. I am trying to upload a lot of photos (500+) onto the snapfish site from my computer. the site does not like a lot of photos uploaded at once as it freezes. So I try and upload 100 photos at a time over multiple albums but instead of saying its "Done" the 100 photos just sit there in limbo.
I brought this to snapfishs attention last year and all they said was sorry etc etc and contact us. So they expect me to do all the running for them.
For crying out load snapfish get your blasted act together, you are losing sales by the droves because of your incompetant website. and please do not reply and ask me to contact you.
