This company relies too heavily on AI…
This company relies too heavily on AI that is clearly wrong. A company that is paid for every "take down" it scores. On this occasion it was a 75 year old disabled man (me) who to subsidize my pension bought a batch of 58 (NOT THOUSAND) just 58 Sunflower Lanyards from a car boot that were left over from the covid pandemic, each one of which carried the logo "BE KIND keep your distance. THANK YOU for understanding". They never even asked me to send a sample to examine, but that would jeopordise their fee wouldn't it...Well done Guys! TRUST NOT.

INCORRECTLY ACCUSING ME OF VIOLATION
This company has used its software incorrectly against my eBay account. I have a retail agreement with brand owner Evotech Performance yet they have sent a claim to eBay that I am violating intellectual property rights by listing their products.
Using AI to find violation of intellectual property is an extremely blunt tool in my opinion and I advise any brand owner to avoid it, since we will now have to engage a lawyer against this company. A lot of wasted resource to sort out basic errors.

I am sorry to hear about this mistake. I have checked with my colleagues and they have confirmed that the retail agreement is in fact authorised. They have issued a retraction, and added the seller to the authorised list. We hope the issue is now resolved.
