Thieves
Thieves, still taking money from a contract that had been finished for 3 weeks , and then says oh we can't give a time frame of when we will refund the money
Money thieves
Finished paying off my items yet they are still taking $200 weekly from my account , no return calls no return email replies. I am now calling AFCA and taking this further.
Been waiting a month and is still unresolved .

First of all I went through them for an iPhone 13 Pro Max 2 years ago and ended up paying 4,500 for it and then was stupid enough to get an Apple Watch through them a few months ago, instantly trouble started. First message was it was going to be a 6-8 week delay but wasn’t told that until I had already made the order, then after 10 weeks of paying and countless emails I got told the supplier can’t fulfil the order and will have to refund me but they have a backlog of refunds so can’t give me a timeline of when I’ll get my money back! They still have the watch up on the site that they can’t fulfil. Don’t waste your time or energy on this company.
I am not very happy with there service
I am not very happy with there service. Done a order for a new Samsung s25 and was later told there supplier can not supply, so waiting on a refund🙄. Secondly, no one replies to emails or phone service. Can't even get through to them to see if i can do a reschedule for payments, useless!!!! And frustrating

Nothing more than a dishonest company…
Nothing more than a dishonest company not sure how they got my new number, they need to stop the spam calls with Json inserted and stop trying to contact me via telegram with bots. If I could give them 0 I would. I'm a former customer whom shall remain nameless, had a phone and a tablet with them and when you miss a payment they block you I also have intellectual disability and autism with a medical condition that requires that I have access to a medical device for my t-1 diabetes. I hope they are investigated for hacking, sending messages inbeded with Json that locks the phone and intercepting phone calls and disconnecting services just to rant and how they deal with those with disabilities they may seem nice however they are as cunning and deceptive as they come Do Not TRUST this company. I had gotten my devices before the lock downs though I went as further back as the dates could go also I waited 4 months for my device to arrive also it wasn't brand new as advertised. The boxes on both were far too easy to open and also there was remote management 😐 on the devices which made me mad 😠 I don't want any of that. So Do Not Trust Snaffle guys you are better off going elsewhere.

Can't login any more . Spoke to someone and said had problems and will be back up soon. Been over 2 weeks and no update.
Don’t do it
The interest rate I have found out I am paying is a bloody rip off I could not afford a new phone this mob said on website it was on special my god I received contract they suck big time it was only way on pension I could get a phone I am paying double on what it is worth stay away from this company they gave me credit to spend so I got a couple of items was only way I could I am now in debt thousands through all the add ons and intrest I will be paying
Can't be TRUSTED.
Start communicating with the people renting goods about further hidden interest charges in the contract which you aren't told about. This is what I call a dirty tactic of snaffle
I rented out a front loader for $852 then I found out that they charged me a hidden charge for over $465. I am telling you stay away from this Company. Don't rent from them they are RIP offs just trying to double profit for snaffle. They don't care about people that is why staff are so secret on the phone about telling the person on the other end the truth
Can't say I'm a customer
Can't say I'm a customer, but I just read an article about them ripping people off and came to read all these horrid reviews.
A truly despicable company I will definitely stay away from. Just thought they deserve another negative review for being so crap.
It seems I'm not the only one!!
I have now been without a fridge for 8 days and counting.
I received a brand new Hisense fridge from Betta a day early with no warning, lucky I had called in to work sick that day, I had to empty, clean and discard my old fridge to make room for the new fridge that I was so excited about.
After a couple of hours I took all the tape off have it a wipe down and positioned the fridge that's when I found the prongs in the plug bent and 1 was snapped off... Well, after 2 days of going round and round in circles from Betta to Snaffle back to me I was told that I have to wait for a repair man to replace the cord from Hisense... Well .. that doesn't sit right with me as it's a brand new product, not even having the chance to use still at the original price but they were going to replace the cord, I said that I would like the fridge replaced ..not the cord . But was told there is no other one to replace it ... Then was told that everything would be sorted by the end of the week.(Friday)
Monday came and Snaffle gave me options to either have the cord replaced or wait until mid April to receive another fridge.
I was worried about still being charged for a fridge that can't use which Snaffle said they will put payments on hold until this is resolved, anyways, today I receive a text from Hisense asking for proof of damage proof and proof of purchase.
Now where does it say , that this is my problem to sort out?
My problem is that I have to keep my medication in the neighbours fridge, I had to discard all meats dairy and other perishables and have been living day to day with no fridge. Mind you noone has come to pick the faulty fridge up so it's just sitting here.
Im a 58yo woman with bad knees so that was an effort to take the old fridge downstairs from my apartment on my own to the rubbish collector only 2 hours after I called him.
I just do not understand the lack of customer service and lack of communication.
Noone sems to make the effort these days .
I'm so disappointed with Snaffle and their lack of fixing the problem with Betta and Hisense.
I had a moch more seamless experience a couple of years ago with Snaffle and I recommended Snaffle to friends, colleagues (I work for an airlines which a lot of crew like to hire purchase goods) and family..., I never ever thought that I would be going through this at all .. .. I definitely will not be recommending Snaffle to anyone...
They are very slow
I can’t believe these people take so long to deliver a Mattress to me when I’m already paying for it and it’s still not here. I have to yell at them to get them to understand that I know they have the thing in stock at Appliance online but snaffles are saying they have nothing in stock it’s going on 5 weeks and if I could send them all back I would in a heartbeat they are going to be lucky if I even pay for it if they don’t have it here by the end of the week and I will go elsewhere and keep all their stuff and see how they like being ripped off. I can’t fault them when you talk to them though they are very apologetic and they are very nice people and it’s not there fault. I’m amazed at the reviews and I wish I had of read them before I did snaffle they are definitely unprofessional company and they don’t even care about the customers and they don’t ring to apologise for the late product. I’m just shocked that it’s happening again as I waited 2 months for my single mattress. Unacceptable Snaffle now I have to call you on Monday and demand it again.
Please don’t buy anything from these people they are overpriced and they don’t deliver any product until way over the time they are supposed to deliver.
Horrible service
Horrible service! Sold me a faulty product and won't replace it under warranty!
DO NOT BOTHER! YOU'LL PAY 3 TIMES THE PRICE AND THEY'LL SELL YOU AN OVER PRICED PAPER WEIGHT YOU CANNOT USE!
IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS I WOULD GUVE THEM NEGATIVE 1,000,000!
If I could give minus 1000 I would
If I could give minus 1000 I would.
Strongly advise people to stay away from this company. They claim I signed a contract for a mobile phone for almost $6000. Today Walletpay have sent a man to my house in an attempt to intimidate me. I asked for a copy of the contract, he handed me two pieces of paper but couldn't produce the contract. Nuff Nuff. I told him to leave and if he comes back he will meet my Great Dane.
Snaffle, Walker Stores, Walletpay are all dodgy. I am now contacting relevant agencies to have these companies investigated
As a professional who values efficiency…
As a professional who values efficiency and reliability, my experience with Snaffle has compelled me to share a brutally honest review. For anyone contemplating using this service, I urge you to proceed with caution.
Initially, I was drawn in by the promises of enhanced convenience and speed, which were highlighted in their marketing pitch. However, my experience has led me to believe that thŭese claims do not hold true in practice. The service is neither fast nor convenient, and I have found myself consistently disappointed.
Despite assurances of improved service in the future, it appears that the fundamental issues remain unresolved. The adage “a leopard doesn’t change its spots” rings particularly true here; the problems are ingrained in the structure of the service itself. Communication has been less than satisfactory, and the support promised often feels non-existent.
In summary, while Snaffle may present itself as an appealing option, it is essential to approach with skepticism. My experience suggests that the word "service" in their name may not reflect what they truly provide. If you're seeking reliable and efficient solutions, it may be wise to consider alternatives before committing to Snaffle. To add the frustration they've lied to me about crediting a amount to my account then charged my account the same amount
Really poor customer service.
Really poor customer service.
I had come to terms with the mistake I made ordering with such an inflated price but it’s now been over 8 weeks and the tv I ordered has not arrived, when I email to follow up they send me generic replies with no information about when the tv will arrive.
Spam texts daily!!
Spam texts daily!!! They will blow up your phone with marketing texts multiple times a day, despite you calling 6 times asking them to STOP. You can’t unsubscribe because the link is always broken. They are the most desperate company in Australia. What they don’t seem to understand is that the more they beg and plead with people, the less anyone will actually want to use them. They are like an irritating child begging for a treat. I don’t want your services leave me alone!
Spam SMS ads, avoid
They are now trying to trick people with fake SMS advertising. I received a completely unsolicited SMS with a link, claiming to be for someone named "Abby" who had left something in their cart and they had won a free iPhone or something. Any business that advertises using spam is sus, suggest avoiding them
Don't use this company at all
Don't use this company at all . You be sent old stock and stuff that doesn't work . And pay 5 times the amount of what the item is worth. Avoid at all costs.
