Fast delivery, unfortunately the duver cover is of very, very low quality, almost transperant cotton. Too bad because it was on the expensive side - 50 euro. I will never buy again from this shop.

Also, the duver cover has no tic tacs or buttons, how am I suplosed to close it?

On top of this the cushions are like 80x70cm. What kind of cushions should fit in it? I can fit 2 cushion in 1. Unacceptable.

Great quality products. More on the higher price end, nut i wanted quality so it's most likely expected.

This company has lost sight of customer satisfaction, and internal processes.

A simple matter took 10 emails to resolve and even then, no acknowledgement given.
The emails wer a result of the agent passing the issue instead of looking at details.

This resulted in me doing hours of work and paying them for the pleasure. I asked for an explanation of why this occurred and I'm now being ignored.

There was no soft skill shown during the entire interaction. If you buy anything from them, be prepared for them to take 0 responsibility for customer satisfaction, billing concerns or resolution.

Addendum/response to klantenservice:
This is an issue months in the making. This was not solved the same day and required me chasing back and forth. An apology is not sufficient when you are attempting to reframe the narrative. Customer beware of these dealings.

Got what I wanted and its super soft

Delivered on time, but the quality of the duvet set was terrible. The colour looked nothing like in the online photos, the print quality was really horrible, and the fabric is really thin. There was also no closing at the bottom of the duvet. Really disappointed

Levering was snel - beddengoed is perfect!

I chose this shop intentionally as I already had good experience with them. I wanted to buy a new brand of towels which were complicated to return on the original site. As before, Smuldertextile did not disapoint. I got my order fast and when I returned the towels, I got the money back fast.

This fleece blanket is huge and oh so cozy warm...it is so big you can sit on the couch and totally wrap yourself up in it...I don't have any heat on so this is very welcome...I wish they had the oversize hoodies that reach the floor made of the same wonderful material...it would very nice to walk and stay warm and cozy...now it's cold when you stand up and move, so I do that as little as possible...this wonderful blanket is highly recommend...❗️👍👍👍

I ordered 4 duvet covers from smulderstextiel and they were all of good quality! My son loved his duvet covers with dolphins, rocket and cars. The colors are as you see in the pictures. It is definitely worth the price.

We ordered bed linen which arrived well packaged and fast.
