I am happy with the service. I have found over the years that when I travel, sometimes I cannot send emails due to some random ISP / security / technical error. Having smtp2go as my go-to solution keeps things flowing smoothly.

SMTP2GO is my favourite transactional email provider. The sub-accounts feature works perfectly for agencies, and the interface is clear and it is easy to see if everything is running smoothly.

The only feature that's missing for me is local email logging in the WordPress plugin. For this reason I use SMTP2GO through the FluentSMTP plugin instead, but I would prefer to use the official plugin.

We use SMTP2GO to provide transactional email service for all the sites we host. Simple setup with sub-accounts allows us to tailor usage on a per-client basis. Excellent support as well. Submit a ticket and be working with a real person within minutes.

We started with the free service, but outgrew it and now are using the paid subscription. Everything has been working well and we have not missed any alerts!

very practical and useful designed service

We've been using SMTP2GO for a few years now. The service has been great for us. Easy to configure, and very little down time. When there is an issue, it's not hard to track it down in the logs. Very pleased with the service.

Had an excellent experience with customer service, just for that they get a good review. Will change if it gets worse for any reason.

What a great experience. Signup and setup was easy and fast. SMTP2GO has a nice clear dashboard with all the enterprise level features you need. Support was fast and friendly. The initial review for full account activation out of sandboxing was trauma free. Mail deliverability is excellent and a real plus that tracking is deactivated by default - which builds trust for business transactional emails and privacy. Very generous free tier and the upgrades are well worth it. If you want a no-nonsense provider for bulk emails, you found it.

We really appreciate the SMTP2Go product. It provides a safe option to allow our customers to send emails from their copiers and websites or other web based apps that do not work with modern OAuth. SMTP2Go does not save the sent items in a mailbox and provides much more privacy as a result. SMTP2Go provides the ability to create verified senders that satisfy SPF, DKIM and DMARC requirements to satisfy email security requirements and allow them to be properly received.
