Excellent Service Every Time
I have used Smooth Cabs several times for both local journeys and airport transfers, and the service has always been excellent. The drivers are punctual, professional, and friendly, and the vehicles are clean and comfortable. Whether it’s a short local trip or an airport run, the booking process is simple and communication is always clear. The fares are reasonable and there are no surprises. Appalling Desk service
Appalling Desk service. When I complained that this was the second occasion that the cab had arrived in the wrong location. The person manning the desk rather than offering an apology instead provided an entirely patronising mantra of wanting to help me. All that was required was to provide a simple courtesy by way of the frustration and inconvenience I had been subjected too. I won't be using this company again
