What a lovely experience I have had with this shop online.
Over the last 5 or 6 years i have made at least 25 orders and they are quick and easy to deal with. Last order was incorrect they sent the correct order the next day I really have no complaints.

I've been with Smokshop for about 8 years. In all the time with them, I've always received my goods within 3-4 days and prices have always been reasonable. I trust their products more than other shops as the quality has always been excellent. I only needed to contact them a couple of times In all this time and the issues were literally sorted within 24 hrs. They have excellent communication. Even when the prices go up next year (after our beloved budget) I will continue to use them.

I can't believe (and am so grateful for) how good smokshop are. I've been a customer for years, they are SO helpful, SO prompt, SO reliable. Recommend 100% and will never go anywhere else.

Bought a smok RPM 5 kit was fine for one day next day I filled it up (not overfilled) burning taste checked it over and had leaked everywhere internals were soaked. (I know how to use ecigs, before anyone comments) wished I watch the reviews on YouTube first.

Can't see how much more info I could give.

I have been purchasing my e liquid from yourselves for a number of years and the service you provide is exceptional delivery next day confirmation of order etc.

Always have ordered from here, never in 5yrs have I had a wrong item or faulty. Service is top notch I order one day and 9 times out of 10 its here the next day. Wouldn't shop any where else, we have a local shop too which the staff are lovely in North Walsham I just can't get there much so ordering is just as good.

Been using them for Ecig oil for a few years now with no complaints, always next day delivery as they are dispatched as soon as they get your order.
Try them as you don't find customer service as good as this anywhere now. I'm in Birmingham they are in Norwich so the next day delivery at standard Royal Mail delivery is good, delivery is around £1.89 regardless of the size of your order so no rip-off there. It's good quality oil they sell
