I ordered the Duo which comes with 2 milkshakes and upon delivery the straws were already put in the lids which meant they were exposed from the restaurant to my door. It also meant that the person who was pushing the straws in the lid handled the straws with their bare hands. This is not hygienic, it doesn't follow covid standards and is not acceptable. I contacted the restaurant to let them know and they were rude and nonchalant to the situation and there was no resolution offered. Establishments such as KFC no McDonald's do not provide their straws exposed for clear hygiene reasons.

3 years of great food!
We have been ordering from Smokin Griddle for the last 3 years but have now moved out of area so have to say goodbye!
Always great food and happy to help if there are any problems. Would recommend to anyone close by!

Awful awful service
Just had to send my son out to collect an order that we placed over 2 hrs ago. Three phone calls made to track the order, the second call I was told the order had left the shop and was no more than 5 minutes away. 15 minutes later the third phone call reveals the order hasn’t left the shop - it hasn’t actually been prepared !!! So In the end I send my lad to collect - he still has to wait for the food. Just got home now to tuck into their food that was ordered nearly 2 3/4 hours ago.

Best burgers in the area, a real treat. Delivery is great, food is still hot and burgers are packaged well. Shakes are great too.
