They turned up when they said they would, explained the process of why the boiler may not be working. Very friendly and informative. Once the new part came in they were at the house within the hour to fit the new part. They then waited for 20 mins to check the heating was working correctly, they even bled one of the radiators. I would definitely recommend them.

He was thorough, polite and very knowledgeable about the heating system in general. He gave us some very good advice. The boiler maintenance was carried out by Toms Trainee .
It all works well .in fact it runs a bit to hot even on 15 the radiators are to hot to touch.
