Failed Hair Transplant Repair and Misleading Treatment

I went to SMILEXP'HAIR in Istanbul after a previous failed hair transplant had already damaged my hair and donor area. I made it clear many times that I only wanted my donor repaired and absolutely did NOT want my hairline lowered again.

Despite this, they lowered my hairline anyway without my consent. I had already spent time and money lasering away the unnatural hairline from my first procedure, and now they put me back in the exact same situation again.

The agreed price before arriving was €2,500, but once in Turkey they suddenly tried to charge me €3,000. After the failed treatment, Amel kept pressuring me daily for the remaining €200 while completely ignoring my complaints about the failed result.

They later offered a so-called “repair treatment,” and I flew back to Turkey again because I was told my hairline would finally be corrected and the grafts would be placed properly in my donor area. I paid another €1,200 in total, including the €200 she kept chasing me for.

In reality, almost nothing was done. Only a few hairs were removed, my hairline remained exactly the same, and I was sent home again. Looking back, it felt like the entire situation was mainly about getting that remaining €200 from me while pretending a real correction would be performed.

When I continued complaining about the situation, instead of showing professionalism or empathy, I was insulted and humiliated. I was told I was “not a man” and compared to a “junkie,” despite the fact that I had paid around €3,700 in total trying to fix damage that only became worse.

I feel misled, ignored, emotionally damaged, and financially exploited during an already vulnerable period in my life. Please think very carefully before trusting this clinic.
