Product arrived within timescale however on 2nd time of using a hair crack appeared on the water base and by day 3 the base had complely disintegrated. I emailed the company immediately and they appeared to have very good reviews for their customer support. Sadly I received no reply. I have emailed them twice since and still no reply. Very disappointed with this company and would not buy again from them.

This company is a joke. Delays in sending the product or any updates lead me to want to cancel the order, however the website wouldn't let me. I emailed the company and kept getting ignored until I threatened them with Trading Standards which got me blocked. The Ultra Sonic tooth cleanser did turn up eventually, but there was no supplier or manufacturer details on the invoice/delivery note or the product. Also this product does not have a CE marking, so there is no guarantee it is safe to use on the teeth. So a waste of money!! The exact product is being also sold buy a company called Oral Bright, and when asked about the CE marking they deleted my message. My advice: Don't buy!!

The order took about 5days to arrive, the product does not work and once the package is opened it cannot be returned. This is a scam as you wouldn’t know the product does not work without trying it .

Don't order anything from this outfit, took our money and still waiting for my order two months later.

Supersonic cleaner ordered this on 3rd Dec cost 29 euros keep being told in the post no way of tracking it's now the 18th December they have blocked me on Facebook

Ordered this 5 days ago. It arrived this morning. Haven't tried it yet, but happy so far

They are ripping people off big time.. advertising as 50 per cent off. People need to take 5 mins shopping around .. £8.99 on Groupon identical with £1.99 delivery.. who likes to be ripped off I don’t for one .. a damned disgrace .. hard enough as it is with all what is going on.

I placed an order in late October 2020 costing over £50. Yet still no order and despite messaging them on Facebook, and getting a reply. All I am told it it will be with by the end of the week (3 weeks running) extremely poor customer service as I have now asked for a refund and to no surprise had no response let alone a contact number I have asked for numerous times.

The last response was due to the current pressures due to this awful virus... I appreciate that, but I myself am a frontline working so I don't need to be reminded of this, amazon still managed to deliver next day so 2.5 months its not acceptable. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Takes your money and fobs you off scammers

Took around nearly 2 weeks for my ultrasonic cleaner to arrive. I did receive an email in between to say they were waiting on stock. I've just used the cleaner and im so impressed with the results. Smoking stains now gone and teeth feel very clean in fact ive just ordered my partner one too. So apart from the wait overall i would highly recommend.

I ordered my sonic tooth cleaner and storage case on 17th November. After 10 days still not delivered. Sent a polite email asking for any information regarding delivery. I received a very polite email apologising for delay and was told it had been shipped and I would receive it very soon. Waited 2 weeks and finally it is here December 2nd.my only negative with this company is the wait for delivery. Other than that my honest review is i have been satisfied with dealings with smile society. Maybe i have just been lucky but im delighted with my purchase.

Placed my order 3rd Nov, still no goods!! Had only automated responses to my email enquiries. Requested a refund had only same automated response. They must be a scam company but they are still advertising on Facebook. My advice based on my experience is do not place an order with Smile Society.

Awful awful company. False claims about delivery. Automated response. Do NOT use this company.

Ordered 27 October 2020. Received email 29 October stating that due to excessive orders and Covid there would be a delay to my order. Emailed this week asking about my order but just an automated reply. Either this is a scam or they are middlemen for Chinese products and having problems getting the merchandise.

I placed my order on 21/10 2020.. Other than confirmation email there has been Absolutely no corrospondance from them.. Iv'e emailed countless times and nothing .My order cost £49.98. and I dont know how to cancel to get refund as they will not answer any emails. They are not very professional at all!!!

Ordered mine off the Facebook ad on the 16th November, got 2 emails saying it had been dispatched!!After reading these reviews the last few days I didn't expect much but to my total surprise it arrived today !!!full working order!!!Hope this gives some hope to those still waiting for there parcels🤞

Which leads me to think they are trying to buy more time!!!!for what??

Can’t give less than one star. Ordered 2 weeks ago on the 8th of November. Same as everyone else have not received my order. How do you go about money back or is there anything that can be done ?

Ordered 31/10.. no products! Ordered ultrasonic cleaner & tooth whitening! £55!! Absolutely shocking at it’s clearly a scam.. :( is there any way to claim this money back! Same response as the rest of you by the sounds of it. The product will be with u soon.. blah blah blah!! Furious!
