Absolutely brilliant service from Smile Aircon! Julian offered some amazing advice on the kind and make of units we would need for a fairly odd shaped living area as well as two bedrooms. And Mark and Lee were just brilliant, came in did the job perfectly from making sure all the pipework was hidden with trunking in straight lines and ascetically pleasing, to the spotless clean up afterwards. Impeccable! Great company, great guys and Aime on the end of the phone to answer any ordering questions. A professional outfit with super family run business feel. Had Aircon fitted in mid-may and waited until start August to see if problems arose. WELL THEY DIDN’T. The service and fitting and operation since May have all been excellent. Wish we had installed it years ago It has been a lifesaver in the past heatwave

Smile Aircon provided a superb service, installing a Mitsubishi split aircon unit into my garden office for a very competitive price and in less than 10 days from enquiry to installation.

Julian at the head office was able to remotely assess the requirements and recommend a suitable and cost-effective unit. Once the price was agreed, the equipment was delivered a few days later ahead of the engineers visiting to install it. In the end, the engineers were able to install the unit a day early having finished a job nearby. The installation itself was a little tricky due to the garden's perimeter fencing but Rhys and Arron were able to overcome the problems quickly and completed a very professional installation.

All in all, an excellent service which I would thoroughly recommend.

Smile Aircon quoted to supply 2 units to my house. They visited my house and took details The quote followed which was competitive which I accepted. I also had 2 other quote but only by email which I found unacceptable given the cost. They gave me a delivery date for the units and an installation date, both of which were kept. The engineers were polite, friendly and treated my home with respect and not like a building site. The installation was carried out efficiently and competently. They tidied up and took all the rubbish away. I have no hesitation in recommending Smile Aircon to prospective customers

This company not only gave us the cheapest quote for aircon installation, they did the job within a week of contact. Their 2 lads doing the work were so nice, plus they were quick and professional and tidied up beautifully. I thoroughly recommend the company.

The whole thing was very easy from the initial phone chat . A quick video call was all that was needed to do a site survey, and I was booked in the following Monday.

The guys took 3 and a bit hours to install bedroom unit. They did a neat job, quickly sorted out the electrics and tidied up as they went along. Their price was very competitive too.

I contacted Smile Aircon by looking at their reviews and also how long they have been in this trade. I was contacted right away to give more details and also arrange a site visit which was done by the owner Julian who gave me some great advice on units.

I had 4 Mitsubishi wall mounted units and 2 external condensers which was a good competitive price.

I was scheduled in for my install within days, which worked well with my timings.

The team which carried out my installation (Mark and Richard) were fantastic, very professional, great work quality, always cleaned up after the area they worked in and respectful while walking in and out of the house with shoe covers. Highly recommend Smile Aircon to supply & install 5*
