I am a very happy customer and I would recommend Smile air conditioning to anyone.
The team is so professional from start to finish. It is my third aircoms in two years and it is the best thing I've ever done!

Having installed an Aircon unit for our bedroom last year, we got Smile back again to install one in our kitchen/garden room which has large glass doors so gets v hot in the summer. As before, from the original visit to advise on spec, through to the installation today, they have been absolutely excellent, great at communication and a pleasure deal with. And the kitchen is currently beautifully cool despite today’s hot weather. What’s not to like?! I couldn’t recommend Aaron, Kyle, Gary and their colleagues more highly.

From the outset the team including Aaron and Josh were always there to assist. The materials arrived early and the engineers arrived on time to undertake the works.
They installed the AC unit and pipeworks efficiently and effectivley and tidied up afterwards, this was a bonus!!!
A couple of sandwiches and coffees later the guys were gone.
I will definatley use these again and many thanks to the whole team.

Procurement - The ordering of the Aircon unit and the discussions over the telephone was warm and cordial. The guidance provided by Joshua (SMILE company director) was second to none.

Installation - I had a unit procured and 2 engineers were present promptly on the agreed date. The two individuals were polite and also provided guidance on where the indoor and outdoor unit should be installed even though I had my preferred area, the pros and cons of my preferred installation location was explained to me, which was a breath of fresh air.

Flexibility - I believe SMILE have the brand of air conditioners that they instal more due to popularity however, they procured the make of my choice so essentially, they are very flexible unlike some of other AC companies that can only instal a specific brand.

Quality - the installation was neat and tidy, the indoor unit was straight and clean with no dirt marks left on the wall. The outdoor unit was also well installed with the coils covered up with black trunks.

To wrap this up, I will use them again and again. This is a honest review from a customer who had his AC unit installed on 13/05/2025.

The Smile team customer service has been excellent from my first enquiry to finish.
The Chief Executive Officer himself came to my house to take measurements and advise me on where the air condition units will go.
A job that was supposed to take two days was done in one day.
They arranged delivery of all the units a day before and the installed everything in one day.

Excellent service. Installation was done well, engineers were friendly. There were some issues (not caused by Smile) but their team worked hard to remedy them. Can’t fault the service. Highly recommmend.

Great experience from start to finish. Aaron responded very quickly to my initial enquiry and was very helpful in answering the questions I had. He recommended a system (following a video call survey of my property) and we agreed an installation date of around a week away. The 2 installers could not have been more pleasant, accommodating and professional. Half a day later and we were sitting in lovely cool air 😎. From my first contact to installation, everything went like clockwork. Aaron dealt with my questions and so did Julian the surveyor, I could not have expected better installers, both Adam and Jacob were professional and explained clearly. Would not hesitate to recommend or use them again.

The quotation was completed professionally and quickly, the price was very competitive and I felt really comfortable with Aaron that did the survey. The whole team including the engineers have been exceptionally courteous and their work was excellent including the arrival time, completion time and their tidiness, they even removed their shoes when entering the house which is unusual these days.

Really impressed by our experience with Smile Air Conditioning. It was a really smooth experience from start to finish, they are really experienced and had ideas and possible solutions for each room we wanted, and turned around a quote same day. It really helps having someone in the office there to answer questions and help make the right choices too. Installation was super fast and completely painless, we're really happy with the result, just waiting for the sun to come back out again!

From the initial quotation to the final installation, Joshua has been exceptionally helpful. He visited the site and provided valuable suggestions to ensure a smooth installation at our client's house. His team demonstrated excellent service, effective communication, and a strong commitment to the schedule.

Smile made the installation such an easy process, answering all our questions and making very good recommendations about where to place the units. The engineers installing the units were, prompt, friendly and very efficient. When drilling through the wall, they had a hoover running, and not a speck of dust was created. They moved all the furniture back without asking, and provided full instructions for using the unit. They even cut up the packaging so it fitted in our recycling bin. Amazing experience.

A friend recommended Smile Aircon to me and I'm glad he did. They clearly explained the options available to me at the start and did a video-call site survey. When that proved unclear they sent a guy round to survey in person. They then came round when agreed, fitted the unit with no problems and cleared up after themselves. All for the price initially quoted. The unit's worked great so far and looking forward to the hot weather to really feel the benefit. Will be using them again when we get future rooms done.
