Negative customer service

I like their products … but my last delivery had 2 items missing .. it was 3 items for £5 .. I ordered 2 bundles but only received 4 items instead of 6 .. I did message them and added picture of items received.. they told me I must be mistaken… urrr no I wasn’t then they ignored any emails I sent … so no i wouldn’t use this company again .. if they think I’m that desperate just to get 2 extra items I’m not .. products are good .. but customer service NOT ..

Yet another great second-hand 3D printer brought from wonky cow this is my third printer from you guys even though it's used it was well cared for and maintained saving up for the big boy when it's time for it to retire 😁
