Poor Service

Not in stock - no information at point of ordering that the product was not in stock and would be ordered from overseas - until i chased them. 3 weeks later the item arrived BUT with no instructions on how to put it together...... overall a very disappointing experience.

The product on your order is imported and unfortunately was delayed due to this. We did advise you of the expected delay after your order was placed and you agreed to wait.

Bespoke wooden bound folders

I requested 2 bespoke wooden bound folders for my business as a Celebrant. I was very impressed with the engagement of Mathew Jones. My request was obviously very different, and quite unusual, with a specific logo.
The folders arrived yesterday and I am really delighted with them. I would highly recommend Mat and the team, and appreciate the time and care that they took to produce two lovely, very individual folders.

Thank you for taking the time to write and we apologise for any inconvenience caused. There are supply and demand issues within the hospitality sector at the moment due to COVID-19. The manufacturer had increased the price of this product and not fed the information through to retailers correctly. As soon as this was identified you were advised and asked if you would like to pay the difference or have a full refund. You chose the refund which was actioned immediately. Apologies that we were not able to fulfil your order on this occasion.

Quick response good service

Even though the product I wanted was not in stock after I placed the order, I really appreciate the prompt response from them and they also adviced on alternative products. I will surely check on their online shop again in future.
