Ordered a TMNT Shaker and after waiting 2 weeks i chase the company up trying to find out where the item is because it wasnt even dispatched... eventually got a reply back say MUST HAVE LOST THE package... then issued refund... no apology or try to replace it... wouldnt buy from this company again... really need to improve their customer service.

The last two metal Smartshake Bottles I purchased leaked, and although I reached out several times to the company Smartshake, they never responded back to me in any way, shape, or form. Myself and my athletes will never purchase from them again.

everything is right with product except the decals, which wash off quite soon, so might not even put those there. but otherwise - best shaker ive used (and ive used over 10 different ones.

Got a mystery box for £20. Very happy with the contents worth the money. I also had an issue with a previous order and the customer service was very helpful.

Generally satisfied with the shakebakers. Already placed an order 3x. the last order I had received a bothal Tumblr for my birthday in February I noticed a few weeks ago that the member is broken. So sent an email, got no reply. Tried to send via Messenger and Instagram and emailed again. No response. 3
Smartshake = good at selling but as soon as the money is transferred you get no response.

For the money that I paid for these products I expected higher quality, but I was shocked to find out the opposite. The whey funnel was really cheap quality, the shaker was too light and fragile. I wouldn’t buy from you again tbh, it was lesson learnt.

Cheap and nasty. Had to use brute force to get lid off when it arrived as it was done up so tightly.

Shame I can't give it zero stars - has gone in bin.

Great design and material but it's not leak proof. Firstly I thought I am not closing the lead properly but then realized it shouldn't be so hard. When the protein shaker leaked all over me in the bus I just threw it into a trash bin where it belonged. Disappointed

Very very good shakers. Durable, easy to clean, non-smelly. Also, they have a top-class customer support service. I totally recommend this brand!

I ordered the Reforce Glass from their website.
Once it arrived, I noticed that a part of the purchase was missing. Oh well, that's what can happen. I wrote to the customer service about the mistake, and they replied that they would send me a new one. A few days later, instead of receiving a new part I got a whole new bottle, which I was very happy about.

After a quick wash, I wanted to put it to use with a protein shake. Problem was that the bottle wasn't leak-proof and now I had half-mixed protein shake all over me and the room. I tried to use the other bottle I received first, and that was also leaking. Defeated, I wrote back to customer service with videos and photos. Turns out that the two bottles were both missing a silicone ring inside of the lid.

Smartshake then told me that they would send me a whole new bottle that was leak-proof this time. I offered to send back the two bottles I got since I had no use for. They told me to throw them away because they don’t have any spare silicone seals. That part I find really odd and an extremely big waste of two products that just need to get a silicone ring to fully function.

All in all, I’m happy with the product (after I got one that actually could contain its liquid as intended). I’m also happy with the quick and efficient response the customer service. But the road to get a proper product was unnecessarily difficult. I would have hoped that the company would have a better quality control. I will not be buying from this company again, but I will still praise to the way that the customer service handled the situation.

Upon ordering, i had check the reviews and there were many bad reviews of chipped designs and etc. It definitely made me scared but i stayed patient until i received the item. Safe to say that everything is fine.

Overall, the combination of quality craftsmanship, user-friendly design, and excellent customer service makes this Lumos Shaker deserving of a 5/5 rating in my book.

The Shakers are ok. But I expectet a much better quality. The bottle is ok but the top is very cheap. The color does not match to the bottle an one bottle has a scratch. So I want to return my three shaker but they said it is only possible to return it as business package. In our country is this only possible if you have a business. So I write with smartshake and pay 10€ for return. Now it is in sweden where you must pick it up but nothing happens. Thank you very much that I f*** up 62€.

Very quick delivery (Sweden-Germany in 3 business days) and high quality products. Bought three shakers, no leaking, they all do a great job at dissolving any kind of whey or isolate.
One shaker came with a small scratch right down to the steel core; the excellent customer service offered a 50% refund within 24 hours after I placed my request.
Would definitely recommend!

The customer service is incredibly rude. The bottle I received was leaking from the beginning and couldn't handle hand washing (which was instructed). I sent an email about this and the response was unfriendly and rude, they didn't care at all. "-- you need to buy a brand new bottle" and no apologies? Selling low-quality products and claiming on their website that they're durable? C'mon. At least own up to your mistakes.
