I am happy with the company’s attention with my order. Just hoping all is accomplished!

I realized that I measured incorrectly right after I placed my order. I immediately cancelled the order. I heard back that they received the cancellation. All seemed great! 2 days later I received an email saying the item had shipped. I emailed back and expressed my disappointment.
I received another email on day 4 saying they have credited my account for the item. My fingers are crossed!

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. I’m attempting to return a defective product. They acknowledged that I sent an email for a return request weeks ago and never sent anything else. Do not buy from here. It is junk and impossible to return anything.

I ordered a set of "funny prop…

I ordered a set of "funny prop glasses". They were received today, but do not work as shown in the ads. A pull string is required to make the eyes blink rather than automatic response. While the glasses are neat, they do not work as shown in the ads. This is the second time I have received a product where the ad was totally misleading. The first product I tried to return, but was told I would get a significant price reduction if I kept it. I agreed. This time I received a response and a complete refund. I must increase my rating from 2 stars to 3. I will now try them again as they have a very interesting set of products.

I ordered an electric space heater…since writing my review I have been in contact with the company and they have resolved this issue to my complete satisfaction.

I ordered an electric space heater which did not perform as advertised.
I have emailed the company and provided all the required information and requested a refund. After sending follow up email I have only received an auto acknowledgement. They have been given ample time to respond.
Based on my experience with this company and the negative reviews from other users I would strongly caution dealing with them.

Early November 2025

Early November 2025, I ordered an item for use over the holidays. I have yet to receive this item; yet my credit card account was charged. Have tried to contact them online on three separate occasions and have not received response (other than an automated reply that my inquiry’s being reviewed.

Saker is a fraud. What a rip off. Do not take the chance & get ripped off.

I order a set of 4 Saker funny props glasses after seeing a video ad. They looked cool, automatically eyelids open & closing electronically. Wow, after waitng 6 weeks to arrive from China, firstly I only got 3 pair of glasses. But the big fake rip off is the stings hanging down from the glasses that you have to pull to get the eyes to blink. The ad I saw even showed a dog wearing a pair & the eyes blinking. What a fraud, false advertising, & a total rip off. Lesson learned-Do not buy anything from Saker ever again.

UPDATE- I sent an email to Saker complaining about the product & THE SAME DAY I was given a full refund. That is good customer service. I will upgrade my rating to a 3, it's still a misleading ad but they did the honorable thing.

We ordered the thin rip jig for a table…

We ordered the thin rip jig for a table saw and did not receive the product. We sent an email to the customer service address provided and received an automated response that they would look into the the order, we never heard from them and sent a second request and received the same automated response. Still no product and our charge card was charged. A dispute has been filed with the charge card company. I will never do business with this company again.
