Can't recommend Kat and her team …
Can't recommend Kat and her team enough. From the moment I contacted them I haven't had to think about the property. They make a potentially very stressful situation into a stress free as easy as 1 2 3 situation. I get photos of the flat too which is lovely to see and reassuring that smartproperty found me fantastic tenants who have made it look like a home. Rent is always in the bank quickly and efficiently too. I could go on through a huge list but I think you get the picture. Friendly team, efficient, know their stuff!! Don't look anywhere else if you want a fantastic personal service in a cut throat industry!!
