We used smartmove london to move house recently. Service was excellent, three people arrived, they were helpful, friendly, efficient, polite and nothing was too much trouble. The guys were quick and worked well together, they managed to overcome a few problems space wise when removing furniture. Would highly recommend and if we needed to move again in the future, I would definitely use them again.

Excellent all round service. We booked everything through Paula. She could not have been more efficient & helpful. She was extremely easy to work with & no request was too small. It made it all too easy to make a booking & have her guide us through the process. Ovidiu managed the move very efficiently and effectively, able to adapt and ensure the move process was expertly completed. The move was over 2 days, with furniture disposal involved as well as the main move. All wrapping paper & empty boxes were collected some days later. Brilliant. Without hesitation my wife & I would use them again. Ovidiu's team were also top notch. 5* from us.

Fast efficient and friendly service. The guys agreed to collect the empty boxes after the move so they could be reused. Couldn't ask for more.

This was our second time using Smart Move in the last year and the service was absolutely perfect again. Paula is a star as others have mentioned and Ovidiu was extremely efficient and helpful on the day. We hopefully won't be moving again any time soon but if we do we will be using Smart Move again. Would highly recommend them when moving to and from London.

Smart Move London really took care of us and of our goods from London to Milan. Paula is amazing and has been very patient with us answering all our queries. The delivery team is quick, efficient and organized.

Smart Move London managed to organise my moving from Belgium to the UK extremely efficiently considering I moved right after Brexit and during a covid lockdown. They also had no problem with the fact that my belongings were in Belgium while I was already in the UK and happily dealt with me on the UK side and my parents on the Belgian side.
Paula truly is the best. She regularly keeps in touch, is fast to answer any questions and is very patient and reassuring with people who are confused about the new rules.
I definitely recommend SML.

Smart Move helped us move from London to Amsterdam mid-pandemic and just after Brexit. Despite the circumstances the service was completely smooth. They were in regular communication and helped us get all the documentation in order in the run up. The collection and delivery was all on time, everything arrived undamaged and they even helped us keep our plants alive by watering them for us. Great, friendly, professional and efficient team!

I believe I managed to commission Smart Move on the most challenging moment in cross-border dealings since the Battle of Hastings, Brexit, that is. For the small amount I paid them (less than half of the competitors I checked), I would have expected them to have abandoned my freight weeks ago. But on the contrary, they stuck with me till the very end, were easily reachable throughout the day and night, and solved every customs issue for me. I can only highly recommend Smart Move, and hope they are not paid by the hour, because they would end up on less than a Pound an hour. I insist on thanking Paula for the excellent customer care. Well done!
