Ripped!!!
Booked tickets months ago. Got emailed to say we had a significant change. The itinerary they sent wasn't too bad but when I confirmed I was rung to say that they couldn't book that fare and couldn't find me one so have to cancel. It was BS as there are plenty of flights with the same airline, they just didn't want to suck up the extra cost so cancelled our flights. And then are trying not to give the full refund back. Recommend staying away from Smart Fares

THEFT had an online payment a/c and when it was processed they had added an additional $500 on and refused to do anything about it. No explanation no nothing so stay away from these thieves.
