I came across Smartech security from official Risco website.
I was communicating with Jo. On first call he came quickly to my place as I had issues with my previous alarm and want alarm system sooner. He educated me with the information about the Risco products including reliability, no false alarm and easy to use over app. I selected the top end Risco Agility 3 product with his help. He is very knowledgeable and helpful. Today, he fixed the alarm within the time frame he promised and help us with the training. Also, his colleague Alex, was good and very professional. I highly recommend Smartech security for their service.

Jo knew his stuff and even recommended some points two of the other companies we had come round to quote didn't notice.

We went with a 7 camera CCTV and the whole process was easy, professional and with no pressure. I had to change the installation date a couple of times due to my diary and not once was there any issue. Jo rescheduled next day without any issue.

One of the best things was no hard sell. Jo was so confident in his quality of work. That only a 10% deposit was required and rest on installation day.

During the installation day again was a very east process, clean and tidy job.

Will recommend Smart tech to anyone and will use again without a doubt.

From the moment a quote for cctv was provided smartech kept in touch to arrange a date for installation. On the date agreed the team were on site in time and despite small issues while installing they were able to complete the job as had agreed. Good quality workmanship and explaining how the system worked. Glad I chose this company as had been recommended. Would certainly use them again if required and also would not hesitate to recommend to other.

Jo arrived on time and got to work immediately.
He was thorough and professional, doing a great job, keeping me informed at each step of the instalation.
He went through the system with me and tested it before he left.
He left the property as he found it, there was minimal disturbance during the instalation.
I would definitely recomend him to carry out any security work you may need and have already booked Jo to carry out an annual service on the system.
