I was disappointed that the first transfer to my Bank was rejected and the repalcement transfer the next day was still not accepted because of an apparent lack of reference/account number. I was left to sort the matter out myself.

There was a few days delay in receiving…
There was a few days delay in receiving my payment.
However after a phone call the problem was solved and the rate was somewhat better than my banks exchange rate.
I plan on making transfers from the UK to Spain monthly so we will see if things go smoothly from now on

Excellent service!
I had a really great experience with Smart when I bought and then, due to issues, had to sell my house in France.
Matthew Lane-Miller was just exceptional, so helpful and knowledgeable. I was super nervous about moving around large sums of money but he made it all very easy for me to understand.
Matt always put me at ease and always made sure I was up to date with everything that was happening.
I would recommend Matt to anyone for his professionalism and also the fact that he’s just such a great person to deal with!
