SCAM!!!!!
This is definitely a scam!! I placed an order back in December’23 and of course I’ve never received it. Sent many emails and no answers.

This is definitely a scam!! I placed an order back in December’23 and of course I’ve never received it. Sent many emails and no answers.
I ordered and paid on 28/01/2024. Up to now (22/02/2024) no delivery. Sent several mails, but no response. Oh, and I checked their VAT-number ... it does not exist, its a phantom company. LOOSERS !!
Put an order on 13 nov , they took my money and disappeared. No answer on their phone or email. This is a scam managed by criminals it seems
I ordered items from Belgium that aren't available in the UK. I thought "Awesome", but after 3 weeks of waiting and no reply, this is a SCAM website, or a very badly
managed company. Email provided along the invoice, gave a technical error -> Not Delivered. Won't order again, but will update if anything is delivered.
DO NOT ORDER!!!!❌❌❌❌
Placed an order and then heard nothing. Sent many emails but no response. ❌❌❌
Gouges individuals for prices that are double what an item costs because the item is out of stock at Costco.
This online company offers goods like cookies and other consumables known to customers in Belgium to a global audience.
Ordering goes smooth. Mind however that if one pays using PayPal the order does not get registered to your "Smart Shop" account.
Order confirmation comes in quickly. The return email address is a NoReply one though the email mentions a Skype phone number...
As the order took longer as expected to arrive I contacted the vendor using the PayPal system. Responds was swift: the order had been delayed due to the ongoing heat wave which would melt the chocolate.
Fair enough but why did I have to contact the seller to find out what was happening?
Once the order was shipped I was informed. It wasn't however the most efficient courier that had been chosen: it took a week while another company had delivered from Belgium 2 or 3 days after placing the order.
When deliver happened it appeared poorly packed: a bottle of chocolate milk had leaked empty turning the recycled ("Old Socks" written on the box with a marker) cardboard box into a stinking paper mash only held together with tape.
Most of the inside of the box could with enough effort be salvaged through had become completely unsuitable for giving as gifts: the cardboard packing with the nice pictures of cookies on a plate etc. also got soaked wet.
The email replies and the approach in which way the service was provided give me a "school-boy business" impression.
The business owner was very receptacle to suggestions about packing etc. and very forthcoming with compensation. Maybe I'll order from his company again though very well before any event I might plan and likely not during Summer time unless a guaranteed delivery time becomes part of the service.
