I cannot begin to recommend David enough. He has been absolutely fantastic and nothing less than a Godsend. He has remained patient, accurate and extremely efficient with me, whilst guiding me through the whole process that this involves. He was also excellent when having to deal with my opponents solicitor. Twice I have turned to David for help and twice we have had complete success. I cannot thank him enough. He is a tower of strength.

David helped us fight a parking ticket and put in a counterclaim. At one point we thought we might be able to do the witness statement and court bundle ourselves, but I am so pleased we didn’t - David made a very stressful situation so much easier to cope with, and we appreciated his guidance and advice. We were impressed by his prompt replies and felt in safe hands throughout.

He took away most of the stress and burden from the legal paperwork to arguing the case against a Barrister. Very grateful for his professional support for a complicated case. David proved to be invaluable in our case, he was very good at communicating the process and making sure we crossed T's and dotted the I's so everything was technically correct when we arrived at court. The claimant had bought an experienced barrister and was looking pretty smug at the hearing. We stuck to the facts that we had already submitted and we came away with a victory all with Davids help.

I was dealing with a small claims matter on my own and I got to a point where I needed legal advice but was nervous, we all know how solicitors can be expensive for a consultation let alone taking on a client's work. Absolutely recommend David to everyone. We had a malicious and what we knew to be a potentially fraudulent claim launched against our company for £2000 that was upsetting and very complex.
We realised that if we did not respond and follow the small claims process carefully we could accidentally default . David was able to simplify our responses, draft the defence without our emotional "war & peace" response and guide us through to the court stage. His costs are staged in small and reasonable amounts depending on needs but what you also get is his attention and support and just knowing we had this in the background was an amazing additional benefit. The claimant failed to follow through after the mediation process as they realised we were prepared and had a cast iron defence. Our distress over a long 6 months was reduced greatly due to David, his costs ridiculously low just for the peace of mind alone, and we are thankful and already have a friend using his services now .

I can more than recommend David. I cannot express enough truly how grateful I am for his assistance with my claim.
