Joined the site to play slots. Started playing a game and it crashed. I was logged out of the site and now it won’t log me back in as it says account is suspended for security reasons. What a joke of a casino. Security checks are made on registering as it says I had been verified
Move on to mainstream, well known trustworthy casinos. Lesson learnt

So slotsheaven.com I joined up to 2days ago is a sister site to mansion /casino.com so I wasn't expecting to be impressed considering my comments on both mansion and casino.com, but it's seems slots heaven has got it right very fun to play, an ok profit/loss margin, but still has the god awful withdrawal times Ive got 2 withdrawals pending still. If withdrawal times were better they would have received better rating, a good site apart from that .

Stay well clear, Constantly having to re send my documents over and over and 3 months later still haven't had my withdrawal processed. Play on a reputable casino.
edit 2: I have now had to reach out to resolver to try and get my money off the site. If you were thinking of playing here please think again.

don't put your money in this casino.
You will have nice big wins but when it comes to withdrawal they don't pay out. Tried to upload all documents they asked for passport utility bills bank statements, was told there was a problem with my documents. Was then told I had to attach a photo of my bank card front and back and wasn't to cover up my card number or security code at the back. Absolute joke! After telling them I would not send pictures of my bank card they refused to pay out money owed to me. So I asked for a refund of only the money I had put into the casino as they refused to pay out my big winnings and to close my account and they also refused this. Scammers! Unsafe and untrustworthy site.

Trying to withdraw winnings is hard bloody work !! after 3 different documents my withdrawal was processed Friday to then be put back into my slots heaven account on Tuesday, there reason giving for that was the bank details were wrong so it got sent back. My slots heaven account was then suspended , after 3 hours on live chat and 3 people later I was still no further with withdrawing my winnings , the man left me with .... we shall contact you maybe tomorrow or the day after or the day after that .. Waiting for weeks to withdraw my money - no response
They keep my account blocked and my wins for over 6 weeks now. I completed the verification process with all the requested documents correctly, furthermore, I had a phone call for verification and the employee told me everything was good. After that, no response from the casino any more, neither on emails, nor on phone calls. They just keep the winnings. Be really careful with that casino, its no fun at all after you want to withdraw your money.

They day you should only play for fun which i do .. i put a deposit limit on.. and played today spent £140 on one game .. didnt even get a proper win on it and you can get free spins . I‘d love to give this Casino 0 stars because of that horrible service. I wanted to withdraw my wins and they wanted to see all the documents two or three times and kept coming up with new reasons why they did not accept them. the exact same documents other casinos accepted the first time. After 2 weeks of unsuccessful verification attempts, after they could no longer give any reasons why the documents were not valid, they blocked my account for no reason and withheld the profit. really incredible and illegal service.
